She currently was driving a 2012 Ho My wife has been on my case about getting a Wrangler like a Sahara model for a few years now. She wants a FUN car. She currently was driving a 2012 Honda Pilot that she has loved. But now our kids are getting a little older and we don't need a DVD player or the third row. Her Pilot has been getting a little long in the tooth so I old her we would stop and look at the "pretty white one" on the showroom. My wife likes convertibles but needs something SUV-ish for our KY winters ( very unpredictable ) so a Wrangler makes sense. My wife saw this one online and wanted to go see it. One thing led to another and now I'm writing a review for the dealership.... Angie was awesome!! She was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I wish all my call dealership experiences were like this one!! She took time with us and went over all the bells and whistles. I truly enjoyed working with her. Didn't feel like "working" at all. More like hanging out with an old friend. Tony is the finance and "paperwork" guy there. Not a lot of glory to be in that position but we had some great conversation in his office. Overall, this was a great experience for me and my family and I look forward to doing business with Glocker again in the future. More

Originally I was insulted because they only offered me 500$ for my trade that is still a daily driver. When they say as is, they absolutely stick by it. The first week the muffler fell off. In 2500 miles the oil pan gasket failed. The service department said they could not fix it and to take it to nissan. Once at nissan, the computer records showed the cvt transmission oil was 20000 miles over due for changing. Came back to glockner to look for a replacement vehicle and my phone calls were not angered after that. Also I was told that I put 2500 miles on the car so my trade would be less. The shop claims to work on all makes and models, but they don't. The service guys are rude when you ask them if they are asc certified. I'm surprised to read so many good reviews about this dealer when my experience was not followed up properly. I'm just thankful that I only bought this cheap work car from them and not the new one ton that I'm looking for to pull my camper. One more thing..... the detail guys don't do a good job, make sure you look it over real good before you leave. I hope this will help someone else have a better experience. More
