Two issues that I would like to mention, but first make it known that we are not upset, just disappointed. Number one was the interest rate. We have visited Ford just a few days prior and was offered ZERO PERCENT interest AND 25000 rebate. Our credit is better than most. The first offer your people gave us was 3.49%. To be honest, if my wife didn't want the car so much, I would have left at that point with no further discussion. I made the comment that I am not the least bit happy with that offer of interest rate. The salesperson then went back and came back with an offer of zero percent. While this would make most people happy, I was a bit put off that you couldn't have given me that offer to begin with. It seemed to me that you were testing the waters to see what you could get away with on charges to us. Number two issue No one went over all the buttons and controls with us. This has always been done when we purchase new vehicles. There is a lot to learn with this particular vehicle too. Fortunately there is a cd that we can watch and hopefully it will give us all the "schooling" that we will need. Other than those two issues, we are happy with the rest of the service, the vehicle, etc. and I would still recommend your dealership. But I would recommend to pay better attention to these two issues. More
