Great Experience I have always dreaded shopping for vehicles- I can never find what I needed/wanted, and salespeople have been very pushy.This experience was the total I have always dreaded shopping for vehicles- I can never find what I needed/wanted, and salespeople have been very pushy.This experience was the total opposite. I told Shawn what I wanted and did not want in a vehicle. He showed me a few, I test drove one I thought I wanted, turned out- not so much. After asking why I didn't like the vehicle, (too boxy, windows straight at sides) he put in a vehicle with slanted window- thats what I needed. He found a car matching what i wanted > I test drove it and really liked it. I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Chevy Equinox. I called the sales number and spoke with their "internet specialist". She was very informative. She told me to ask for Shawn Callahan when I came in to see the truck. We immediately drove about an hour to Ashland, Kentucky to view and test drive the truck. Shawn was very professional and very knowledgeable of the brand. He was friendly, considerate, and thoughtful. Shawn answered our questions and concerns honestly and was a pleasure with which to work. We bought the truck.
