Everyone was friendly. It was an extremely hot day and Quander made sure I had cold water to drink while we negotiated a deal. The dealership itself was very clean and comfortable. A price on the vehicle was agreed to and they went out of their way to help me get a better finance rate than what my bank could offer me. This was to get and idea of what the cost was since we really needed a new ca We stopped in at the Glockner Dealership just to look at the new Fords. This was to get and idea of what the cost was since we really needed a new car. Mr. Howard was at the car when we got out of ours. He showed us some new ones and asked what type of payment we wanted. We told him and he found a 2011 Ford Taurus for us. It was just what we wanted. He worked really hard to make sure we drove it home. There was a small scratch on the passenger rear fender and the repaired that. Over all our experience was really one we won't forget. It would be nice if all dealerships worked as hard as they do at Southpoint. We will recommend them to everyone. We love the car and the ride is so comfortable.
