Great Experience I was waffling between a used vehicle or a new one when I came to Glockner. I met Steve Bowker and immediately told him that Glockner was my first st I was waffling between a used vehicle or a new one when I came to Glockner. I met Steve Bowker and immediately told him that Glockner was my first stop and that I did not want to be there because I hated buying cars. He said, "I understand, but it's really not like that here. We try to make it as easy as possible." So, I drove a used one and a new one that day and decided immediately that I did not want the used one. Steve gave me a price on the new one, but I left that day without buying just because I wanted to think about it. I am not an impulse buyer. Steve contacts me later and tells me about the deal Ford currently is running. I told him to work me up a price and get back with me. He shoots me a price via text and I tell him that's very promising and I want to talk more about it. I come in Saturday and we sit for 2 hours while he's finding the right vehicle for me. He never gave up. Long story short he finds the perfect vehicle for me. He gives me a price and I said, "now when I come in you're not going to say, "oh it's going to be so many more dollars a month be cause we didn't add in whatever". He say, "nope, no tricks". I said, "let's do it". The rest is history! I will be back to Glockner and I definitely will be recommending Steve Bowker to all of my friends and family. I own my own business and I've already referred one of my customers to him. Steve Bowker is a top notch upstanding guy. He's a true professional.
