Great Experience! My husband and I were looking for a used low mileage truck. We pass Glockner Ford almost weekly and decided to look at used trucks. We met Cody and My husband and I were looking for a used low mileage truck. We pass Glockner Ford almost weekly and decided to look at used trucks. We met Cody and later Terry and although we did not find a truck that we wanted at this visit we were treated with friendliness and respect. A week later Terry called and told me that they had just received a truck that we might be interested in and gave me a selling price. We looked at the truck on Saturday and Cody took us for a test drive and then Cody and Terry sat down and we discussed price. We were not kept waiting for the back and forth hassle that usually occurs, but he gave us a price and we told him what we felt comfortable with and we met in the middle and were satisfied with the deal. Both Cody and Terry and in fact all the staff was courteous and made the experience fun. Monica completed the paper work quietly and we were on our way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would go back again if and when I was looking for another vehicle. More
