Service Beyond Our Expectations! We had no intentions of purchasing a car this weekend. The Service Department was repairing our 2008 Ford Explorer....speaking of which, they are so We had no intentions of purchasing a car this weekend. The Service Department was repairing our 2008 Ford Explorer....speaking of which, they are so wonderful! Communication, friendliness and helpfulness far exceeded the way we had been treated in Ashland!! They were so professional and eager to take care of our problem so we could get our car back on the road! We saw a Toyota advertised on their website and decided to take a test drive to see if that's the car we wanted. Sam Bays greeted us with a handshake and a smile with a willingness to meet our needs. He is not the typical 'pushy' car salesman! We asked if JL Mick was still there. He came out, shook our hands and gave us a hug. We had bought a Ford Explorer from him several years ago. The Toyota wasn't on that particular lot so we decided to take one of the Explorers on the lot for a test drive. We really liked it, but was hesitant to purchase without exploring our options first. JL made us a good offer, but we were still unsure. He then offered to write up the papers and we could take the vehicle home. We could bring it back on Monday and give him the keys or a check! We fell in love with it over the weekend and took the deal! Sam was so courteous, helpful and generous with his time. He answered all our questions and showed us how to manage all the new controls and options. He also offered his help with any questions we might have about our new vehicle days, weeks or even months after we drove off the lot!! Our entire experience with everyone involved with our purchase was professional, courteous and super fast!! You can't beat that for service with a smile!!! More
