He went above and beyond to have the paperwork and vehicle ready before I arrived at the dealership. The finance department did a great job in getting me a good rate and extended warranty. F-250 Low Milage In early December 2015 I called Glockner South Point Ford with a request for a late model F-250, diesel, low mileage and fully loaded with options. B In early December 2015 I called Glockner South Point Ford with a request for a late model F-250, diesel, low mileage and fully loaded with options. Because I was buying this for a business I had to take delivery before the end of 2015. Sam Bays at Glockner did a remarkable job. I took delivery of a very nice F-250 that had everything I wanted and it only had 9,300 miles on it. WOW It did not stop there. Sam took the time to show me all the features and how to use them. Since taking delivery he has sent (at no charge to me) an owners manual and a front license plate bracket. Every time I call the dealership, I either get a person on the phone or I receive a call back promptly. Imagine that, someone actually calls back. Imagine this: When you call Glockner's your only choice to make is press 1 for Service or 2 for Sales.. Then a real live person comes on. Couldn't have been any easier I found myself in a tight spot. On a cold morning leaving work my truck, without warning died. What can I do? I have to have wheels. I know my truck had seen better days, but hoped to get a couple more years out of it. So I got the paper took the classifieds and went on a hunt.always impressed by Ford and South Point Ford was my first stop. And my last. I was met at the door by Terry with a hello and a hand shake. Told him what needed. No problem he said. And he went to work to help me. I couldn't believe how easy he made it and talked to me and my wife like he knew us for years.
