We went in looking for a used truck thinking we could not afford a new one. John Ford (ironic isn't it) listened to what we needed, worked out a deal where we drove off with a brand new truck! We were looking for a used car at a price we could live with & had been to several different dealerships with no luck. We decided to try Beford Auto & I am glad that we did. From the time we pulled on the lot it was all about us & what we wanted. After talking to us for a time they found what Steve called "the perfect car" for us. We went home that night, thought about it, went back the next day & now that"perfect car" is parked in our drive way. They worked with us from beginning to end & i am very happy with my car & the service we recieved. So to Quander, Sam, Steve, Missy, Connie & Mark, Thank you for making it happen. More

Wow! What a great dealership! Mark and Connie seem to treat their customers like family and went above an beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the new truck. Steve Bowker was my salesman. Missy was the finance person and she went out of her way to make sure I got the best rates. JL Mick was the sales manager and was also very helpful. Gary, the guy in charge of detailing the vehicles, also did a great job. He made sure the new truck was sparkling when I drove it off the lot. Coincidently, I also had another vehicle in for servicing and, as usual, the folks in the service department were a pleasure to work with. All in all, there is nothing negative that I can say about this dealership. Mark and Connie and the other folks at Beford Ford really made my car buying experience a lot of fun and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

Beford South Point Ford is the shadiest dealership in the tri state area. I have had to take my 2011 vehicle into the dealership four times now to repair a simple problem. Not only did they leave my car a me tri state area. I have had to take my 2011 vehicle into the dealership four times now to repair a simple problem. Not only did they leave my car a mess by not replacing parts that they were supposed to replace on multiple occasions, but they also failed to repair the necessary issues on FOUR separate trips. During this time, Mark Beford, the store owner, was incredibly rude to my husband and I. The service manager was also fired in the middle of this ordeal due to not showing up to work on multiple occasions. After making four trips, two rental cars, etc., all that we were offered to compensate for this disaster was "a free car wash." This place is the most unorganized, unprofessional car dealership I have seen in my life. Not only do they have zero customer service skills, but they also fail to repair basic issues with brand new cars. One of the times my vehicle was on the lot for 9 days and Beford did not even touch my car! I will be taking my business to another Ford dealership, and my husband will NOT be purchasing his F-350 from Beford Ford. I could not be more disgusted with this business. More
