Coincidently, I also had another vehicle in for servicing and, as usual, the folks in the service department were a pleasure to work with. All in all, there is nothing negative that I can say about this dealership. Beford South Point Ford is the shadiest dealership in the tri state area. I have had to take my 2011 vehicle into the dealership four times now to repair a simple problem. Not only did they leave my car a me tri state area. I have had to take my 2011 vehicle into the dealership four times now to repair a simple problem. Not only did they leave my car a mess by not replacing parts that they were supposed to replace on multiple occasions, but they also failed to repair the necessary issues on FOUR separate trips. During this time, Mark Beford, the store owner, was incredibly rude to my husband and I. The service manager was also fired in the middle of this ordeal due to not showing up to work on multiple occasions. After making four trips, two rental cars, etc., all that we were offered to compensate for this disaster was "a free car wash." This place is the most unorganized, unprofessional car dealership I have seen in my life. Not only do they have zero customer service skills, but they also fail to repair basic issues with brand new cars. One of the times my vehicle was on the lot for 9 days and Beford did not even touch my car! I will be taking my business to another Ford dealership, and my husband will NOT be purchasing his F-350 from Beford Ford. I could not be more disgusted with this business. More

Spent hours of time and money over botched 4-wheel brake job for $38,000 Lincoln LS. The shims on the brake pads were misaligned on two wheels, and the rear pads were misaligned with the slot in the caliper job for $38,000 Lincoln LS. The shims on the brake pads were misaligned on two wheels, and the rear pads were misaligned with the slot in the caliper piston. The shim on the front drivers side contacted the wheel causing a clicking noise and abnormal brake function. Due to the misaligment of the rear pistons, the rear pads were positioned at an angle, causing noise and uneven wear. All these issues were found when I could no longer live with abnormal and squealing brakes. I purchased all new brake pads and new front rotors for an out of pocket of over $300. Beford gave me the money back for the brake repairs and acted like they were doing me a big favor. The owner even stated that the yo-yo that did this brake job was an excellent mechanic. More
