Sam Bays was an excellent salesman. He didn't try to push anything on me, but put all my options on the table, which weren't many at first. Even the owners were lovely to work with. Because of their expertise, at just 21 years old I drove off the lot in a brand new 2012 Ford Focus. Went for oil change and tire rotation and drove off with the car I wanted 1 year ago when I purchased a Ford Focus. At that time I could not afford the Ford Escape so thought I would have to wait a few year the car I wanted 1 year ago when I purchased a Ford Focus.
