Terry was exactly what I wanted from a salesman. I had wrecked my car this morning so I was desperately in need of transportation without a lot of time to shop. Terry showed me two vehicles that fit my needs exactly.....Terry listened; a rarity it seems in today's car salesman. Terry was friendly, fair, and rushed the deal through with no hassles......refreshing to say the least. I am very happy with all aspects of the sale. Terry was able to turn around a bad day and turn it into a good one......SUPER. I will highly recommend Terry and Beford Ford to friends and family. More

When I first arrived Steave Blankenship was verry rude and acted like he did not want to deal with me. The technician that looked my car over " Eric guston" had a great big list of things it "needed", whe and acted like he did not want to deal with me. The technician that looked my car over " Eric guston" had a great big list of things it "needed", when I asked to have him show me he declined and said "customers are not allowed back there" so I declined any work and after that he got verry angry and was even more rude than before, the technician had been calling me curse words when he thought I couldn't hear him. I took my car to another dealership and out of the 18 things Eric and Steave said were bad, only two were actually needed " witch was a brake light buld and air filter" and this guy said I needed brakes, rotors, ball joints, tie rod ends, a few seals and gaskets.. Ect, so needless to say, I won't be going back there More

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Beford Ford. About three and a half years ago I made my first purchase with salesperson Steve Bowker. Steve did a great job selling the vehicle. But more importantly, he was and has been very personable, friendly and polite every time I've seen him at the dealership. (We run into each other at every service visit.) Steve always remembers my name and greets me as a friend. You just don't find that kind of customer service in most businesses these days. It truly stands out. Steve also assisted in my recent purchase and was a great help to me. Along with Steve, was salesperson Terry Howard. Terry was also a great help. He helped me get the vehicle I wanted at a payment I could afford. There was no pricing games played and I was treated as an intelligent human being. I've been to some dealerships who regard a female as gullible and ignorant but I did not feel that way at Beford. Thank you, Terry and Steve, for treating me so well. Also, in closing, I'd like to comment that everyone I've encountered is very nice. That includes the service department, accounting and finance. I would rate Beford as a standout in customer service.
