What an exciting experience! I planned on driving onto the lot to look at a truck, then leave. Well, Scott came running out of the building as we were pulling off the lot and I stopped to see if anything the lot to look at a truck, then leave. We were introduced to Drew Bressler and he did an awesome job explaining some of the features of the car. Then we met JL and I explained my situation to him. He met my requirements and I was able to buy the car. Then were introduced to Monica to do the financing end of it. She was very thorough and explained the benefits of the different programs offered by Ford. By the time all the paperwork was complete, our car was ready for delivery.
