Met with Fred Hogan and he was very nioe and informative and explained all of our options to us and listened to what we were looking for and let us try out a couple different models and then hooked us up with a super deal on a 2011 Tundra that was beautiful. Then I figured we would be there for awhile or have to wait till Monday on the financing but in about 5 minutes Steve Bowker came back and said your good to go. We finished up the financing with a very nice lady that took about 15 minutes and we were headed down the road in our new truck. I am once again very pleased with our experience at Beford. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and it was always a hassle but not at Beford. They listen to you and give you what you want, not what they want you to have. Thanks to all involved and we will see you in about 3 years when we are ready to buy again. Connie really does care. They have proved it to me twice. More

My husband and I stopped in to browse new 2012 Escapes. When we got there, they had no new 2012 Escapes, but Mr. Honeycutt directed us to their used inventory. I absolutely fell in love with a used 2011 mo When we got there, they had no new 2012 Escapes, but Mr. Honeycutt directed us to their used inventory. I absolutely fell in love with a used 2011 model with very few miles. We had just planned on browsing but after finding the perfect one for the right price, we knew we couldn't let it get away. The people at Beford worked hard to get us a great rate and we left with my new baby. A few days later there was a problem that I don't feel comfortable detailing in a public forum, however, Beford went beyond what I would expect any dealership to do. I am 1000% satisfied with my experience with Beford South Point Ford. More
I want to say "Thank You" to Quander and Sam for everything they did to find the right vehicle for me. I believe I worked them hard, but they did not give up. I went to other dealers, but kept for everything they did to find the right vehicle for me. I believe I worked them hard, but they did not give up. I went to other dealers, but kept coming back. I will say I did not enjoy working with one employee (did not catch his name), but he was just doing his job. Trying to push me hard in to buying that day, and that's not the way I like to do business, especially when spending $30+k. I like to think about things, weigh all my options and then decide. When I came back in the next day, I told Sam, I wanted to deal with him and Quander and no one else. They did not let me down. Quander and Sam both made me feel so welcomed and even though we were having difficulty finding the right vehicle for me, they took the initiative to keep looking and contacting me with other options. I could not have asked anyone to make me feel more welcomed than the two of them did. But, then the experience got even better. I couldn't believe how friendly Mr. Beford was. I could have gone the cheaper route and bought the Kia van, which would have been roomy enough for my family, but Kia did not have the same warm fuzzy feeling that I had at Beford. A HUGE difference was the professionalism. At Kia, when the manager looked at my trade-in, he was smoking a cigarette while opening every door in my van. I'm not a smoker and don't like smoking in my vehicles. Next thing, when he came in to meet me, the snuff stuck in his teeth, well, let's just say, not real appealing! That alone was enough to turn me off from a $10+k cheaper vehicle. I did not feel appreciated at all there. I knew I was coming back to Beford. Again, I say "Thank You" to Quander, Sam and, yes, Mr. Beford for making my car buying event (and I do call it an event because I think they stuck with me for over a week)an EXTREMELY good experience. You all were very professional and made me feel like I was the only important person in the building every time I was there, but yet you all were very friendly to where it didn't feel like a business transaction, but rather a friend trying to help out a friend. Thank you and I'll be sure to send anyone I know of getting ready to buy a car, your way. More
