Quander greeted us as we arrived. Was very friendly. Asked us what we were interested in & then proceded to tell us what they had on the lot. He even showed us the differences in vehicle options. My experience with Beford auto was nothing less than FANTASTIC! From the minute I stepped onto the lot and was greeted by the salesman, Drew, till I drove away in my new car they listened to what I had FANTASTIC! From the minute I stepped onto the lot and was greeted by the salesman, Drew, till I drove away in my new car they listened to what I had to say about my needs and what I was able to afford. They did not bombard me with jargon and instead showcased the car. It sold itself. I appreciated that Drew kept me engaged and took the time to show me all the wonderful features of the car even after I agreed to the purchase and did not simply pass me off to the sales manager and move on to the next customer. The Sales manager JL did not use any "slick talk" to confuse me and I sincerely felt he was working for me. Melissa (Missy) took time to explain every aspect of my contract in terms I could clearly understand. She used examples that assured I knew exactly what was in the contracts.
