The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. Both Steve Bowker and Rick Honeycutt were very helpful in steering me towards the purchase of my 2012 Ford Fusion. My 20 year old son was looking for his first new car to be in his name. Drew and the finance staff did everything they could to make his first buying experience a great one. Let me tell you what happens when you deal with Beford Ford. You make friends. In 2010 I called and spoke with Chad Cordial (no longer in sales), about a new truck. I told him what I was looking for and Ford. You make friends. In 2010 I called and spoke with Chad Cordial (no longer in sales), about a new truck. I told him what I was looking for and he said he had it and I told him I would be there in an hour. He met me on the lot and took me directly to the truck I had described. We talked, hunting, fishin and MMA. I took my truck for every oil change and servicing to Beford for the past 2 years. I still to this day have contact with Chad via Facebook and also texts to and from his personal phone. I say all of that to say this. When Chad left he told me if I needed anything that Drew would be glad to help me out. I had met Drew while having the truck serviced prior to Chads leaving. Drew and I talked MMA and hunting. I am just a country boy and if I find somebody who likes to talk about hunting, fishing or MMA, well I am gonna be your friend. A couple months ago my wife and I were there to have a routine servicing and Drew came back and sat down and talked to us for a while. I explained that our son goes to college in Indiana where he plays basketball and we made trips out there about every 6 weeks and even more often during basketball season. We were going to have to trade for something a little more economical when it came to fuel costs on these trips. He didn't pressure us to do anything at all at the time. Just said to give him a call when we were ready. SO, I called Drew yesterday from work. Told him it was time and that I wanted a new Fusion. He went ahead and updated my info and I told him the wife and I would be there around 6. We pulled in and went directly to the Fusions and picked out the one we wanted. I had a certian figure in mind and they worked very hard to make it work for me. As a matter of fact, it was better than the figure I had in my head. My wife and I both didn't really want to trade the truck. We wanted to keep it, but with the current economic climate, 2 payments just isn't a good idea. The truck was almost like one of the family and Drew could tell that it was bothering us letting the truck go. So after all the paperwork was complete, we went to get in the new car and Drew had filled it up, took the items we had bagged up out of the old truck and put them into the new car. He also had pulled the truck around out of sight to make it easier on us leaving it. (It wasn't as hard as leaving our son 350 miles away at college but durn near it.) haha By this time, it was over an hour past when Drew and the rest of the guys was scheduled to leave and go home. They all stayed to make sure we were pleased. With all of that said, if 3 years down the road when my son graduates from college and I decide to go back to an F150, I will go back to Beford and I will call Drew before going. Thanks Drew!!!! More
