Prior to meeting Trever I did not deal with Glockners when purchasing a vehicle because I felt like they did not deal with you. He really does care about his customers and it shows!!!! Luke Daniels did financial part, he needs to explain things better to customers and only charge customers what they agree to, he took care of the matter but was dishonest. I agreed for insurance for $20 a month for 48 months and he charged me $1700!!!!! I ended up canceling the insurance and was very upset because I was over charged. More

I decided to try one last time, and man do I wish I would have tried Glockner first!! Got the best deal possible and with the help of Danny and his team it was the easiest experience ever! Just a few minutes on the phone with Danny telling him my scenario and what I had to have, he quickly worked a deal and had the paperwork ready and keys sitting on the desk for me to test drive my new car. I was literally in there no longer than 45 minutes, him and his crew even stayed past closing time waiting on me to get there. When I need another car Glockner will be the first place I go, and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know needing a car. Thank you all for making it so easy!! More

We were pleasantly surprised to find the car was everything it had been advertised to be. I asked a personal friend who lives in Portsmouth to inspect the car. He checked it out for me and called stating "Buy it! It's a cherry". The drive home was filled with questions to be answered by reading the manual and probably a phone call or two with Trever. Danny Bradshaw and the team went above and beyond in helping us find the right vehicle at the right price. My family and I may not be the typical car buyers in that we keep our vehicle for many years. We feel that it is better to hold on to a dependable older car longer than risk the unknown of switching or upgrading frequently. The downside to this train of thought is that we are unfamiliar with car purchasing. As one would guess, this leads to a lot of anxiety.
