I brought my three year old with me who was inpatient. Trever interacted very well with her even answering all of her off the wall questions. Rather than driving the long distance and taking a chance we couldn't make a deal, we first corresponded electronically (with Christina via chat and with Nick via e-mail). Nick told us what he felt our trade would be worth and we felt it was fair so made the drive (also completed credit application online in advance per Christina's recommendation). They held to their offer, the paperwork was quick, they had several finance options, Aaron was great and they even offered a Warranty Service package. It was definitely worth the drive and we would do it again if in the market for another vehicle!! More

I throughly enjoyed the process of purchasing a vehicle at this location. As soon as I arrived on the lot I was met with a firm handshake and greeting by Mr. Tim Bossart. From that meeting alone, I decided that he would be my salesperson. I told Tim of my vehicular needs and as a result of his active listening he immediately showed me a vehicle that would suit those needs. He didn't pressure me or use other typical sales person tactics to try and make a sale. Mr. Bossart had genuine concern and was dedicated to making sure that I was thoroughly satisfied with not only the purchase, but the entire experience. I truly felt like I had his undivided attention throught the week long process. Mr. Daniel is also another very polite and competent employee. I was throughly impressed with the teamwork Mr. Bossart and Mr. Daniel displayed during my interaction with them. Both gentleman are professional beyond reproach, something not usually experienced at car dealerships. In short, I couldn't be happier with my experience.
