Each time, we’ve presented him with our wants/needs/likes/concerns/budgets and he has always delivered. I think it’s amazing that Glockner has such good people working for them who do their best to make their clients happy and get them in a car they want, in a price they are comfortable with. If Trever and the Glockner team didn’t work so hard today, we could not have gotten this gorgeous truck for the monthly price that we felt we could afford. We are so appreciative to the staff and especially to the finance guy who took so much time finding us the best deal for our loan! We have always had amazing experiences and it starts from the time you hit the lot. For example, when the staff sees you on their lot, there is always friendly greetings from everyone that comes in contact with you, to opening the doors for you, to offering refreshments while you are looking or waiting and just always making you feel welcomed. I have never in the three buying experiences had a bad one. I have never had any pushy salesmen, or anyone treat me badly or make me feel like pressured. I definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends! More
