Poor customer service in sales Bought a used Mini with my son. We were treated reasonably well during that visit, although my wife inquired about test driving an X1, and was virtual Bought a used Mini with my son. We were treated reasonably well during that visit, although my wife inquired about test driving an X1, and was virtually ignored by Kunal Bramhecha, the sales rep. Indeed we were left to just sit for 30-45 minutes with no interaction while we waited for a business manager to finish the deal. A month later, we get a rather terse voice mail implying we were holding up the tag registration process because we had not brought the vehicle in for emissions testing. First anyone had heard of it on our end, while a Mr. Du Bois, (manager) stated that Kunal had been in contact with our son, (he had not), and our son just did not show up for the check. Upon two conversations with two other managers, we were treated as if the lie did not matter, no apology offered, no real concern over customer service at all. Contrast that with our experience at United BMW Roswell, where we purchased a new 328i, and were treated very professionally and very kindly by Vinith Victor. Should I purchase another BMW in the future, it will be at United BMW of Roswell, and Global Imports will not see me again. More

Terrible service Went in for an oil change and a warranty repair on December 7th. Picked the Z4 that day and within 10 miles the cooling system failed for lack of a cl Went in for an oil change and a warranty repair on December 7th. Picked the Z4 that day and within 10 miles the cooling system failed for lack of a clamp. We had to take the auto to a local shop paid $150 for repair, we had to replace all the coolant was told 1 clamp was installed backwards and another was missing. We spoke with the service representative at Global, Jermaine who was apologetic, and left 2 messages with the service manager Branden who was unresponsive. That’s the real issue, we own two BMW’s and to be treated with unprofessionalism and indifference is simply uncalled for. More

Great experience at Global Imports BMW I leased a 2015 320i on November 7, 2015 at Global Imports, and had an excellent experience overall. I already have a 2014 320i but to get another one I leased a 2015 320i on November 7, 2015 at Global Imports, and had an excellent experience overall. I already have a 2014 320i but to get another one for my girlfriend to drive our newborn. I always like the safety of BMW. I was approached by Morris who assisted with the sale, he was excellent as well as the finance agent. This is my 5th BMW, and they seem to get better and better. The audio system has been improved to integrate with mobile phones, a plus. More

Very Happy Customer! When we decided to look into new BMWs, we went to the website reviews and saw Dan Bozic's name over and over again. We specifically asked for Dan and When we decided to look into new BMWs, we went to the website reviews and saw Dan Bozic's name over and over again. We specifically asked for Dan and he did not disappoint!. My husband had been a Volvo man but a rental X1 in Germany last May helped me "convince" him that we should consider a BMW. Before we were married in 2014 I was on my 5th BMW but since we didn't need 3 cars, I gave up my 328 hardtop convertible - so sad. BUT - hubbby's lease expired in September and we returned the Volvo and started lookiing at X! and X3s. Dan started working with us back in August and was with us all the way, providing excellent follow up and information. We were leaning toward the X1 but ended up with the X3. We LOVE it! It is a pleasure dealing with Global Imports from the greeting when you walk in to the session with their BMW Genius who reviews the car's features with you. More
