In each case, I would rate the experience as a 10 out of 10. The salesman was professional and extremely helpful in selecting the vehicle and its options. I have not had to deal much with the service department due to the high reliability of the vehicles, but my limited experiences were 10 out of 10. The facility is modern, clean, and welcoming. The waiting areas are comfortable and there are ample refreshments. The new aspect of this purchase was the presence of a BMW Genius. He led me through the process of setting up the electronics and other aspects of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone including my best friends. More
