I would advise reading more recent reviews if you’re considering this dealership. My now 8 year old BMW was serviced in Florida during its warranty years, then at Global after moving to Atlanta. Extremely low mileage and kept in immaculate condition. And that’s how I drove it into Global Imports for an annual oil change and maintenance checkup. Service advisor Eric McCoy received the car and proceeded to up-sell me to a laundry list of procedures that were probably not necessary but I agreed to invest ($800+) in keeping the car in tip-top condition. They kept it overnight. Went back in the morning, paid, then went out to a lot to look for my car. First thing I notice when starting it is the “headlamp not working” warning on the screen. I walk in to tell Eric that I needed to get to the airport but please make an appointment for me when I get back,.. Tuesday. He said he would. Back at the car, I notice black scuff marks all over the driver’s side door, on the door plate, and elsewhere. I decide to wait and have them clean that when I bring it back on Tuesday. So I drive away. The minute I reach speeds in the 35-45mph range, my steering wheel and car start vibrating like crazy. Never before in the 8 years I’ve owned it. I call Eric, get his voice mail, tell him the further problems, and ask that he set up a loaner on Tuesday since they were going to have to keep the car for an extended time again. No reply. I left another message during my trip. Still no reply. Once he had my money, I was DEAD to him. I still went back on Tuesday without an appointment and sat for an hour or more waiting to speak to the service manager, Brandon Butticaz, thinking he might be appalled after hearing my story. Not at all! In a real “I don’t give a s**t" manner, he just agreed that they should fix those things. He put me with service advisor Robert Magnus and I left it overnight again. Next day, Robert explains that there still might be some shaking going on because two of my tires have failed a road pressure test, and I need to buy new ones. Hahahaha,… “Then why did my car drive perfectly until bringing it to Global, and why was this not discovered when you rotated, aligned and balanced my tires last week???” I asked. No explanation or course because he “didn’t give a s**t”!! Not like I’d ever give another cent to that place or step foot in there again. I march out to my car, open the door, and see blackish streaks all over the inside driver door where some dope thought spreading the scuff marks around with a rag was “cleaning”!? Aaagh!! Almost laughable, except it was happening to me and not funny at all. Now I’ve paid to have my car detailed and I will make an appointment at a professional (I hope) garage so that it can be checked to see just how badly Global screwed it up. Maybe then I can return it to the condition it was in before driving into Global Imports. More
PURCHASED A NEW 2017 X-5 WITH GLOBAL, AUGUST 2017 We have been in the market for over a month for a new BMW. We contacted a total of 7 BMW dealerships in North Carolina and Georgia, as well as Florida and Alabama. We gave each of these dealerships our information, what we were looking for, what we wanted towards our trade in of a BMW 525i GT and asked them each to respond with their best offer price on a new X-5. By far, Global surpassed the other dealerships -- many of whom are very large BMW dealerships. We worked with Rick Hern. They were very professional, personable and made every effort to meet our expectations. They honored the trade-in price they offered to us over our e-mail correspondence and made sure that we were satisfied. We feel we got the best price possible on our new X-5. They made the sale expedient, and we were on our way that same day. The Stiles More

Bottom of the Barrel for Atlanta BMW Dealerships I have bought 3 cars at this dealership over the years and seen it slowly go downhill. My latest experience was with an old, useless salesman (Za I have bought 3 cars at this dealership over the years and seen it slowly go downhill. My latest experience was with an old, useless salesman (Zak) who knows NOTHING about his product (the car). It always strikes me as disappointing when the consumer knows more about the workings and features of the car, than the guy who spends 40+ hours a week in the showroom trying to sell them. He tried to convince me that one of the vehicles had a backup camera - I had to show him that that what he was pointing at was a "key hole". I have owned 19 BMW's (Z Series, X Series, M Series, 3, 5 & 6 Series) since 1996 and as most BMW buyers know, BMW N.A. sends out a survey a few weeks after you complete your purchase. Oddly enough, with my last two purchases, the dealership somehow misspelled my email address which means I don't receive the survey. This time I pointed out the error before I signed the papers, they agreed to correct it - they didn't, I never received the survey (I was planning to rate them as a "1"). The biggest advantage that I have always seen in leasing a BMW, is the fact that you have the ability to transfer the lease to another qualified person when you get tired of the car (I have done this for my last 5 BMW's and gone and gotten a newer one). Steve Cohn managed to convince me to not lease the car and instead "take advantage" of the BMW Select program which "offers '[ALL] the same advantages of a lease' but better".. Guess what - you can't transfer it! Now I am stuck with this xxx car for 3 years. Steve either does not understand his products, or simply is a liar (my guess is that its a mix of the two). I reported my extreme dissatisfaction with BMW Corporate, but I doubt that will go anywhere. I used to service my car at this dealership, and they too did a good job. But, the last couple of times the work was not complete. The last time they did the work (or said they did), but did not reset the reminders. I had to endure the traffic to go back out there. Not very attentive to detail. There are other BMW dealerships in town - all from which I have purchased/leased vehicles. I would rate Global as my BMW dealership of last resort in the future. More
Please rethink if you guys are doing great! Worst experience I ever had while purchasing a car. This is my 5th car purchase and the most horrible. I understand that due to various issues things Worst experience I ever had while purchasing a car. This is my 5th car purchase and the most horrible. I understand that due to various issues things changes but I guess considering such a huge brand they should have proactive measure laid out to take care of them. I don't know if it is BMW's, Showroom's or Agent's mistake but ultimately it is the customer who goes for the toss and have to bear all the pain. Just because you are having huge sales doesn't mean you can be so lame in you processes. Too much said here are the frustration I went through (yeah not just one) - Setting the right expectation. Bought a 2015 Fully Loaded X5 CPO on 7/21, was told that I will have the delivery by 24th. But then the series of frustration started due inability of people to estimate things. Everyday I was told tomorrow. This went on until 8/1. - While taking the day of delivery found the box in the boot was left unscrewed. What kind of check they do before giving delivery to the customer? May be it is customer who has to do all the checks for them. - I was promised excellent detailing will be done before delivery, I think it was just washed I could still find dust in the boot storage boxes. Not sure if that is what they mean by excellent detailing. - I did not get second key at the time of delivery. I was told it will be ordered new and mailed to me overnight. Well thankfully they ordered it on time, but second disaster My name and address was given wrong on the package. WOW! Till date haven't received (8/8). - This one I wont say is an issue but please do not think customer is fool. As the delivery was getting delayed I was being told, "we will make it up, will give gifts". Come on you give gift to everyone who buys a car. So, it was not something you were making up for late delivery. I don't want any gifts by please do not set or present expectations in wrong. Guys understand who have a good turn over but every customer is important so PLEASE! DO NOT TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED. More

He w I worked with Rick Hern at Global on a used 328i. Rick was an excellent salesperson and that's coming from someone that works in corporate sales. He was professional, conversational and had excellent follow up. I went on vacation for a week and the car was unable to be test driven when I initially visited b/c it hadn't been thru service or detail yet. Just from looking at the car and the low mileage on it I knew that I would probably like to buy the car. Rick took a small deposit from me and held it for the week so no one else would have access to it and I would get first right of refusal. I came back, test drove the car on a Saturday and purchased it the same day. Rick called to follow-up on the car post purchase, which I appreciated even though I had to cut him off b/c I had a conference call I had to hop on. I would definitely recommend Rick and Global Imports. If my wife decides on a BMW next year when she's ready to buy we'll definitely be back and work with Rick! More
Absolute FREAKING JOKE. This is BY FAR the most ignorant uncaring unprofessional group of xxxxxxx in the industry. Called service department 8 times from Friday through Monda This is BY FAR the most ignorant uncaring unprofessional group of xxxxxxx in the industry. Called service department 8 times from Friday through Monday. Left 4 VM messages and TWO hand written notes by operator. KEPT ON HOLD for 28 minutes (before giving up) after finally getting someone to answer and 'go FIND A MANAGER to speak to'..... "I can't FIND any managers"...were her EXACT WORDS after trying twice. This is just a ridiculous excuse for customer service. Try finding a parking spot at this place when you arrive. Try finding a SIGN that leads you to the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Or better yet TRY CALLING their number (855) 296-1861, press ONE for service and ask to speak to someone BEFORE YOU EVER DECIDE TO SET FOOT in this place. BMW should shut this location done. This place is a JOKE. More
