I then decided to make an appointment to test drive and called back. Precious was gone for the day, but spoke to another person who scheduled an appointment for Monday morning December 16th. My wife and I went in on Monday and were greeted by the front desk. EVERYONE was friendly which we appreciated. We met with Patrick Anthony and he pulled the the information on two BMW 650i convertibles. We test drove both vehicles and then questioned Patrick on the options of each. He pulled the information on both and the Carfax’s on each. We finally settled Ed on the silver BMW that had more miles only because it had the Blind Spot Detection, which for us was a must option. Patrick prepared the paperwork and after a long time of preparing paperwork with others, Patrick had the car ready and we reviewed an few features. My wife and I both feel this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had and we have been buying cars over 45 years. Thanks to your team for this experience. Consistently Poor Customer Service I had an appointment at 8 A.M on November 27th. I arrived at 7:35 A.M and didn't get approached by the 10 Service Agents (I counted them) in the bay u I had an appointment at 8 A.M on November 27th. I arrived at 7:35 A.M and didn't get approached by the 10 Service Agents (I counted them) in the bay until 7:45 A.M. During the ten minutes of inactivity, I was sitting in my car with my door open as this is a normal request from the service agents. I was the only customer that drove in during the ten minute time period. I am very disappointed in the service received today at Global Imports BMW. I only go there because of their close proximity to my home. I've come to expect poor customer service. Over the past 30 months, I've had tires put on backwards, new parts not available and only noticed after my car has been completely taken apart, plus several other issues. If you check your survey system for any previous poor ratings from me you will not find one because, I wasn't sent the survey when the experience was recognized as poor by the Service Agent and I didn't make the extra effort to report the issue. I've only driven BWMs since 2002, however, my loyalty to the brand has run out in-part due to poor customer service at this dealership. Regarding today's service, I'm rating it a 3 because, Michael Innocent made a great effort to meet my needs only after I was ignored for ten minutes. Please do not categorize this feedback as an emotional rant. I've waited several hours to think about my response to ensure it's laced with facts instead of emotions. If I could offer a fix to executive leaders, I'd say invest in your service agents' training and development because, they interface with customers who are paying and generating a key revenue stream for the company. More
