I found a car on CarGurus and while I was at the dealership the car ended up having transmission issues. I was happy and sad at the same time because that car fit my budget perfectly. I expressed my credit concerns to Mladen and he was able to find an alternative car that honestly was better than the car I wanted. And it was under 40k miles for a 2014. The trunk light mold was missing and when I told Mladen they ordered the part right away. It was a great experience, and when I'm ready for my X6 I will get it there. More

I am still waiting on a call back from the service manager Daniel. I have brought my bmw up there 3 times to get my brakes fixed and they are still not fixed. The service advisor told me that it was a manager Daniel. I have brought my bmw up there 3 times to get my brakes fixed and they are still not fixed. The service advisor told me that it was advised to her that b/c of my brakes they will always squeak. Every time I stop at red lights or parking lots and I get ready to park all you here is this loud squeaking. It’s really embarrassing. People will just look. I just can’t imagine bmw making performance vehicles and the brakes supposed to squeak that loud. I left a message on Daniel voicemail, no call back. Called again and the rep told me she will leave a note on his desk, still no call back. I will be reaching out to bmw relations as well. This is such a horrible experience. It’s sad that out of my busy schedule for a brand and dealer you trust continue to let you down. More
