After buying BMW’s fir the past 35 years I have bought everything from z4 to 325 up to 7 series and one thing I can say is the level of customer support has progressively gone down. My most recent experience is with the interns ales force, they are certainly lacking when it comes to follow through and keeping in touch with a buyer. They were fast to have me enter my trade in I go in the app they requested then I was told I would here from them within the hour to get this deal rolling I had taken the very best day off to travel 1:55 mi utes to make the deal. Well I never heard from them I called emailed and finally received an email the next day that the car I wanted had been sold. Well isn’t that just great so glad I took a day off for nothing. I lost a car that I was looking for because of no communication poor customer service and I will not do business with that dealership again. So sad that what once a great experience has just become just another car dealership, that care nothing about the customer other than not doing the job they are hired to do. More

It also ma UPDATED REVIEW: PLEASE Be Sure to ask about the Interest Rate. APR% is measured based off your credit 720 or higher will get this lowered. It also matters on how much you're putting down. Over 20% should lower your interest rate. Make SURE to double check your paperwork when signing. I was told I would get a 3.75% interest rate and did not look at the paperwork thoroughly enough when signing. The next day I reviewed my paperwork more carefully and they had my interest rate at 4.79%!!!!! That makes a BIG Difference!! Please review your paperwork carefully. Look for hidden fees as well. I spoke with Hassan and he changed my interest rate back at 3.75%, but be careful when signing and review ALL NUMBERS and any hidden fees like paint and leather protection, etc. You might want that protection, but if it's a used vehicle, you'll want to see the paperwork on the previous owner because they might have already had this done. If they did any upgrades to the vehicle when they purchased it, it's very likely that they had this done. Even without upgrades, they probably had this done. Therefore, you do not need to get this and they're 799.00 for each. This was somewhat hidden and they will try to sell you this when it's not needed. Just be careful on the numbers, otherwise the staff was great to work with. FIRST REVIEW: Our experience at Global Imports was very nice! I would like to give a shout out to Arnold Harper who is not listed under the Used Sales team, but HE IS in used sales. ASK FOR ARNOLD, because he was such a great guy to work with on our 2018 BMW X5 50i purchase. Not pushy and overly eager to make a deal, like so many other car sales reps I've experienced in the past. Arnold was so helpful with showing me all of the new features and the SUV's capabilities. I've been a BMW driver for many years, but my old BMW did not have near the features in the newer X5 50i models. I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions, which never seemed to bother Arnold.
