On the 3rd of may 2021 I made a purchase from global bmw of Atlanta , 0 stars. Hey guys so this is my honest review about this bmw dealership. On the 3rd of may 2021 I made a purchase from global bmw of Atlanta , My sales rep was Greg petty. I made a purchase of a 2014 BMW X5 At The test drive I’ve noticed a very strange sound and mentioned it to the rep he told me a couple days after , that it was the tires , that their bmw shop would replace the tires , Well nothing of that happened neither I’ve got any paper work for the work, on my way back to Florida I’ve started noticing that the car was loosing power . I took it to my house mechanic cause at this moment I couldn’t trust bmw at any word . I get at my mechanic I found out , that the front 2 tires are about 80-90 % thread not brand new Now the best part the rear passenger side tire had cracks and was lower then safe depth ratios. Then I found out they never did a tune up on the vehicle I purchased but the sales rep promised me it was done . So right after I made the purchase I hade to replace 1 tire that costed about 650$ then tune up new spark plugs and coils another 900$ so in total I had to spend 1550$ after my purchase Very unsatisfied with their service as well their reps. I do not recommend to do business here because they do not appreciate it . And if this comment get deleted I will keep adding this review so consumers can know what they are about to put up with. Very impressed with Global Imports! It's always tough to move to a new state and leave behind all of your "go to" people. So I was nervous to go to a new dealership in a new state but my previous dealer rec move to a new state and leave behind all of your "go to" people. So I was nervous to go to a new dealership in a new state but my previous dealer recommended Peter and his team at Global Imports. I could not be happier with my experience. They listened to what I was looking for and what I could pay, and delivered beyond my expectations. Everyone was really nice and Abel was amazing at making sure I understood all of the features of my new car. And what would usually take a whole day to get done was wrapped up in just a few hours (thanks Brandy!). Getting into a new car is often stressful and time consuming, but Global Imports actually made the experience fun! Thank you! More

Very bad experience with the service department. Not worth going there again, I sure will service my BMW530I at another dealership in the future, picked up the car that supposed to be ready, not washed worth going there again, I sure will service my BMW530I at another dealership in the future, picked up the car that supposed to be ready, not washed nor vacuumed and even the oil change warning was not cleared after the service was done, not even sure they performed the service that I paid for. I think a Kia dealership will offer better service than yours. More

So I work for Echopark which is sister company’s to sonic automotive I first visited the lonestar Chevy dealership in Texas and it was the worst experience ever. So I then started shopping at our Global BMW store in ATL. From start to finish was a complete 360 from what I experienced at the Chevy store. I first was introduced to Ashley and she has the most laid back and easy going attitude. She made me feel like I was at home. And in no time she directed the right person to me she even followed up and congratulated me after everything. and then that’s when I met chevene he was very helpful and quick about making this deal happen. The original car was sold before I could get it but in less than 20 minutes Chevene had a replacement exactly like it. You guys have a fantastic team in Atlanta with a Great culture. More

My wife and I came in fairly certain with what we wanted. Rick Hern helped us right away. We were initially interested in a lease but with Rick's help as well as one of his managers, they found us an alterna Rick Hern helped us right away.
