After going round and round with one sales rep, Greg got involved and was great. This is the second BMW I bought and I had a terrible experience. The moment I completed the purchase, the sale Manager stopped answering my calls and text messages. Worst experience than any user car dealer down the road. Stay away from Global Imports BMW, Atlanta. Bought a 2021 X5 CPO. - Got title after 1 1/2 months. Paid full, took delivery on Nov 27th, 2023, but ti Stay away from Global Imports BMW, Atlanta. Bought a 2021 X5 CPO. - Got title after 1 1/2 months. Paid full, took delivery on Nov 27th, 2023, but title says purchase date as 1/2/2024. Suspicious. No response from GM Mark Tischler, Mark Copper, or salesman Bennett despite 6 mails and follow-ups. No responses to text messages either. - Still on temp tag after 2 1/2 months. No permanent tag received yet. - During the sales process, they were okay /nice but made me come to the dealership for missing owners manual, which was okay. However, they did not even bother to fill the gas tank up at the time of delivery. I never imagined a premium car dealership would behave like this and that too after a $50k+ purchase. Take your money and peace elsewhere. More
