If I could give no stars, I would. Joey, the used car manager, Sam, a salesman, not honorable at all. As we were test driving our now purchased 2021 AMG Mercedes S63, I found a sma Joey, the used car manager, Sam, a salesman, not honorable at all. As we were test driving our now purchased 2021 AMG Mercedes S63, I found a small chip in the windshield and Sam leaned over and said, yes there is, confirming. As part of the sale, we were to receive a new windshield. This was October 2024. We called just after Christmas because we had heard from no one that the windshield was in and that's where the circus of ineptness, lies, runaround, and avoidance began. Service had no knowledge of the windshield. The service rep who answered the phone is the only person we were actually able to verbally speak to from October 2024 to today. That's it. Call after call, no one answers. Emails, chats, never to get a human. Finally, the used car manager wrote me in February. I have multiple texts between he and myself, my husband and Sam, confirming that the windshield was going to be replaced, 100%. April 11, 2025 was the last text I received. It read, "Greg and Lori, I have a manager working on getting you an answer in the next 30 min." Then, crickets. I have all backup to prove this. We are honorable people and have come to a dead end. Oh, and immediately we had to replace the brakes and the tires. Nothing was disclosed to us and IF a point check had been done, they would have found these problems. So, either they lied and didn't do a check, OR chose not to disclose. Hmmmm. Your guess is as good as mine. Global clearly does not have the money to keep their word, but we can afford to be swindled. So tonight, I sleep. More

I have been global customer since 1990s & purchased multiple autos for myself & family. The new salesmen , Greg & John, were very nice to me & in conjunction with Pete Drexler…I love this new BMW as I have all my previous …I will continue my business with Global as well as continue to refer other customers…I have never discussed a BMW with any other dealer in ATL. I thought the sales dept was really good. Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler in March 2025. My household already has 2 BMW. The problems started when my temporary tag expired May 13th and no license plate/registration. I called Global multiple times and received the "we will check that and someone will call you back". Another week went by and still nothing. I was promised multiple times that John Gribbons the sales manager would be in touch and never. I left him a voicemail and nothing. Finally I got someone to assist me and the issue was that Global's title company had not sent in the full amount for the payoff. So the bank would not release the title. I parked my vehicle from May 13 until I finally received my license plate/registration which was today June 23. Still no messages from John or the GM which I was told would be in touch. At least I thought John or the GM would have called to apologize and offer something (free service or maybe paying to help get a second key since this vehicle only came with one). More
