Last resort dealership. Went into the dealership after getting an estimate on my trade in over the phone. While waiting for numbers I over heard the salesperson pretty much being told for lack of better words, to grow a pair by management. Later I found out that he was telling management that they already offered a larger number for my trade over the phone. There is absolutely no reason my trade in would be less than a site unseen (a low ball number) My problem is that they are teaching their salespeople to do the wrong thing. Here is where the dishonesty is, a female manager comes out and said I didn’t know that we offered you that. When I heard the entire conversation. Craziest part is the salesperson was trying to do the right thing. Pro tip… ask another dealership to dealer trade if they have a car you want. It’s not worth. More

I wanted to build and order my new BMW X7 and these individuals made it a very pleasant car buying and delivery experience for me. Hussain and Bennett have been my go-to for every BMW i have owned (There have been 6 in total since 2015 and 5 of them from Global Imports). I can truly say this team really care about their customers and the customer needs, then go above and beyond to make things happen. Awesome job guys!!
