Easy, Smooth & Satisfied! After weeks (months actually) of car shopping online and at various dealers, I walked into this dealership eight days ago to try on a few X3s. The After weeks (months actually) of car shopping online and at various dealers, I walked into this dealership eight days ago to try on a few X3s. The staff was welcoming and assigned Colin Patrick to help me. In minutes we were in a low mileage bright blue X3 with Colin explaining the car’s features. Then it was my turn at the wheel, and I shifted into sport mode and off we went. Obviously, the tight steering, responsive engine and dynamic handling stayed with me, but it was the zero-pressure experience that sold me. Blue not your color? No problem. Colin showed me a website of loads of other cars Global sells, which we looked at together, scanning the details for features I wanted. I said I still wasn’t sure I’d found my car and needed time to decide, and after I left, a manager texted me to let me know they’d hold off following up with me for a week or so but of course I should feel free to reach out earlier if I need to. Very different from other dealers who after one visit would contact me every other day or so, and so refreshing to not feel bad for my indecision. Yet I returned the very next day with my husband to drive another few cars and scour the website again. I found a promising X3 in Greenville, which checked all my boxes, and Global arranged for it to be shipped. Today, we saw it and bought it; it is my first BMW and is just as I expected, and beautiful as ever. The staff here work well together in helping clients find the right car, coordinate the transaction, and get on their way. Colin was accommodating, professional and easy-going, which made all the difference. Had I felt rushed or pressured, I might have regretted my choice or come away with no car at all, so thank you! I’d like to specifically highlight my sales associate, Andrej Vaskovardzic, who was incredibly pleasant to work with—very professional, respectful, patient, and attentive to my needs. He made the whole process feel seamless and pressure-free. A big thank you as well to Peter BEARSCH, the General Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Even on his day off, he took the time to respond to my inquiries and ensured I was well taken care of. That level of commitment and leadership does not go unnoticed. Yes, the dealership was extremely busy—understandable considering the recent announcement about upcoming price increases due to new tariffs. That did affect how long the process took and, admittedly, the vehicle’s detailing could’ve been better, it appeared rushed and lacked the attention to detail I had hoped for, but I get it. When you're managing high volume and tight timelines, some details may slip. As someone who works in a fast-paced business environment, I can appreciate the pressure and complexity involved. One small inconvenience was the recent implementation of a 3% credit card fee for down payments. Since I’ve always used my credit card before, I had to switch to debit this time. Unfortunately, due to my bank's safety limits, the full amount didn’t go through and I had to send the remaining amount 2 business days later and complete the transaction. While inconvenient, I completely understand the business decision to pass on merchant fees—something we’re seeing more frequently as companies face increasing financial pressure. Despite all that, what matters most to me is the consistency and integrity of this dealership. I keep coming back because I trust the team, and seeing familiar faces each time is a strong sign that Global Imports BMW values its staff—something that reflects directly in the customer experience. Congratulations to the entire team at Global Imports for another successful transaction! I look forward to returning again when it’s time for my next BMW. More
