I have been to Global Auto Mall for service for two cars (Chevrolet and Jeep). Truthfully my last service experiences for the Jeep were most discerning and I truly was uncomfortable returning for service. H (Chevrolet and Jeep). My service consultant, Greg, was very courteous and extremely helpful. Since I felt that he had my best interest at heart I asked that my brakes be checked. I mentioned that my last visit was a nightmare (over 3 hours) and I was "forwarned" that I needed the service done that was suggested (over 600.00).... I didnt and brought the Jeep to my own repairman and had the work done that was absolutely necessary for half the price. Greg was very quick, concise and keep the price affordable and respectful. In summary, I was very satisfied and will return without hesitation to Greg. More

I had bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring, from Global Auto Mall, in October of 2009. In April, of this year, my car got partially flooded. I took the car to them for an electrical diagnostic. It turne Auto Mall, in October of 2009. In April, of this year, my car got partially flooded. I took the car to them for an electrical diagnostic. It turned out that the wiring harness and various sensors had to be replaced. I had the good fortunate of having as my customer service rep Debbie Skelton. She worked with the mechanic and the insurance adjuster, to get all issues resolved so that my car could be properly repaired. She handled herself in a very professional and friendly manner throughout the whole process. She got my questions answered promptly. She helped make the whole ordeal bearable. She truly acted as a customer's representative. When I came to pickup the car, she handled my paperwork in a timely fashion. She also introduced me to the mechanic, who worked on my car. The mechanic, Vito, made sure that everything was working properly before I left. I'm so grateful to Debbie and Vito for their hard work. More

Regarding my recent service interval, I am very pleased with the consideration I received from Greg Terracciano and treatment from the entire Service Department staff. I wish I could say the same for the Sales Department. When my husband and I walked into your dealership, we were expecting to lease our Grand Cherokee Laredo for the $268/month rate that we still see in your ads. Instead, we ended up with a $415/month lease rate even after putting a respectable amount of money down. I also want to make known that we should have qualified for the Chrysler loyalty discount after having purchased a Plymouth Voyager LE mini-van and leased a Dodge Caravan in the past, but I believe these factors were compltely ingnored. Bottom Line: I am very pleased with the Service Department personnel, but very displeased with Sales as I feel as though I have been cheated each month when another lease payment is due. I just wanted to let you know that James and Roosevelt are top notch. I can’t even begin to tell you how fantastic it made me feel to know the Roosevelt came in on a scheduled day off to complete my Chev are top notch. I can’t even begin to tell you how fantastic it made me feel to know the Roosevelt came in on a scheduled day off to complete my Chevy Suburban (which is my baby). I know whenever he touches my truck the end results are always amazing. James is extremely accommodating and always courteous and goes out of his way to make me happy. If you want friendly, professional service from a dealer and service department that values your time and money, this is the place to come. They handled my Airbag Light problem quickly and with in the time they told me it would take. They even have free coffee while you wait in a plesant area for the work to be completed. I worked with Debbie, she set the tone for the whole experience. If I could give her and Global Auto Mall a 10 I would, they are that good. Oh yes I can do that when I get the survey from Hyundai. Everyone I spoke to made me feel like a valued customer. When I am looking to replace my car I know where I will come, Global Auto Mall. More
