Today I brought my Jeep Compass in for a Transmission Control Module Software Update. My Service Advisor was Katrina Green. The worst place ever for service - want to blame everything on "new ownership"! That does not explain the pitiful communication and service provided to customers! Brought my van in to be looked at because the fan would not turn off and after the 2nd time it was brought in they finally found the problem and needed to order the part. On Wednesday, you told me that the warranty does not cover it and the part should be in by the following Monday or Tuesday. I sent a message about the extra service plan we had purchased when we got the car - no response! I called and left a message - no response. Still no update the following Wednesday, so I left another message that I needed the van back by Thursday night - no response! I called again on Thursday and left a voicemail - no response! I show up at the dealership just to be told that the part was "just ordered"...9 nine days after I left it there! No viable/acceptable solution as "we do not have any loner vehicles". And they act surprised that I am getting upset with the situation! More
I wish I could give them a zero rating they are the worst Jeep service department in the Tri-state area. It has been over a year since I first brought my jeep to them for a paint corrosion warranty issue and instead of them coming right out and admitting that they were not going to fix my issue they kept giving me the go around every month the service advisor would call me up and say that there was an issue with the pics that they took and they need me to come back in to take more pics this went on for a year until the last time Tracy called me up and said that she now needs to take pics of the paint corrosion with a clear ruler needless to say they never fixed my paint corrosion I kept all phone messages and text messages I just wish there was a way that I could complain to Jeep about this dealership More

I got my vehicle back the last time days before the lemon law would have kicked in. I've been trying to speak to the service manager for over a month now sent to emails of my issue and dozens of call. he's either busy or not in. lies. lies lies. what's wrong with the least bit of communication to you customers. I sure didn't have any problem reaching anyone when it was time to make my purchase. now I'm just a nobody. well this won't be a repeat customer until they bend over backwards for me. More

I had to call for updates over the course of a year while waiting for the parts/service since the dealer never followed up with me. 2) The 2nd time I got my oil changed they didn't install the oil cap back on. As a result I had oil all over the engine and a cracked radiator cover (since the cap was rested on the cover and hood slammed closed over top) 3) When they picked up my car to fix the oil/radiator cover issue they cracked my windshield and tried to return the car to me as though nothing was wrong. 4) When the radiator cover and oil problem were fixed they removed pop rivets from the plastic cover on both front wheel wells and didn't replace them (I am still waiting for them to fix this) Overall this is a terrible dealership that has zero value or respect for their customers. They do not call you back or answer the phone EVER! If you bring your car in for service YOU should do a full inspection of your car afterwards (They will not) They will not and rest assured you will find something wrong or not replaced upon investigation. More
Tracy Lambert is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. she goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met in a timely fashion and that my vehicle is properly maintained. Worst service in the area, service manager is dishonest. Brought my car in for a paint warranty issue and spoke directly with service Manager Jim, who advised me to file a claim with Hyundai. Apparently Jim lied about the info which caused the claim to be denied based on false information. Jim seems helpful at first, but it's obvious he has no intention of helping and totally made a fool out of me. I also noticed the rest of the employees are rude and have terrible attitudes. Stay clear of this place for service unless you like being taking advantage of. More
Went to get a diagnostic done on grandma's 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, the window is broken along with several other issues. Could hear them just fine, wonder if they would treat someone with mutism, hearing issues, extreme autism or similar disability with such attitude? How about my 86 year old grandmother who can't yell if her life depended on it and was terrified at the prospect of going to the dealership for a diagnostic? Stay classy, your company is all smoke and mirrors, run by parasites. Guy at TacoBell herd me just fine through that same window BTW. More
I had a horrible experience with these dealer twice. the second time i brought my car in they messed something up and when i brought it to their attention, they said they would fix it only if i gave them a second time i brought my car in they messed something up and when i brought it to their attention, they said they would fix it only if i gave them a 5 star rating on their survey, which i found very unprofessional. Once they looked at the car they said they couldn't find the issue. I had to bring it to a different Jeep dealer, they found the issue right away and they said it was caused by what global auto mall did. I would not recommend this deal at all. More
