The worst service department I have ever worked with. They never ordered the parts for the service I scheduled five days prior. It takes two days according to them to get the parts. Two separate customers while I was there had the exact same issue. Their excuse for each one of us was, they didn’t have our Vin numbers when we were scheduled for our service appointment. They have a third-party answering service schedule their service appointments. With the third-party service, I gave all the information including my Vin number to them. I also received an email with my Vin number attached to it, and a reminder from the actual dealership a day prior to my appointment that also had my Vin number attached. They provided to accommodation for their unpreparedness. I would NEVER recommend this service department to anyone. More

We made an appointment for Friday afternoon between 130 and 2 with Ed. When we arrived he didn't remember us and was more interested in chatting with customers waiting in the lobby than honoring our appoin and 2 with Ed. When we asked about the car we were there to look at he couldn't tell if the vehicle was available or if it had been sold and just kept handing us keys to different cars to go and look at. He knew what we were looking for yet was not interested in helping us. The one car that was still available had a dent in the door that they weren't even aware of. We were at the dealership for over an hour they hadn't even looked at our trade in. When we decided to come back another time we were given our key and then dismissed as if we weren't even potential buyers. We had arrived on site cash in hand with a trade in valued at $26000 ready to make a purchase that day. Instead we purchased a brand new vehicle at Glenwood Springs Subaru because of their customer service and attentiveness to our needs. More
