Lease return I leased a VWTiguan from this dealership in 2014. When it was time to return my car and possibly lease another my experience went south. After learning that the greatlease deals had expired months earlier I explored the current options. Between available cars and the lease deals it quickly became obvious that although I might like another VW it was not meant to be. Lack of follow up after my visit and no response to voice mails or emails mad the decision to find another brand easy. Also the return process of my car was HORRIBLE! Although I had talked to VW credit several times, the dealer contact gave me a completely different process. By phoning VW credit I was able to get the dealer to follow VW procedures. If you want a VW, RUN don't walk to the front range dealers! More

Purchasing a non-certified used car requires knowledge and planning on the consumer side of things, just to make you get the value you deserve. Ultimately, I got a great car, but it took some digging to make sure. Mike the manager was reassuring that if I had any problems after my purchase, he was there to help. After about a week off the lot, I was elated with my purchase. Bridget helped to get me the deal I was comfortable with in the financing department. More

Excellent People, Amazing Service and a Great Used Car I've purchases many vehicles and I've always hated the experience. The sales people, Jill in particular were really enjoyable to work with. Mike repeatedly made sure my son was good with the monthly payment amount and was more than willing to fiddle with the numbers to alter it until we were all sure he could afford the payments. Finally, the financial person, Bridgett got us through the paper work in record time and was also not pushy. This is a combined Audi/VW dealership and if I ever purchase a car (I prefer a pickup), I'm buying from here. More
