Tyler and your new guy, Josh, in VW Service are both incredibly professional and were able to get me in quickly. More importantly, I want to thank Chris and Zach personally for helping me with my daughters 2006 Touareg. Your honesty helping me understand what was going on with that vehicle, what this other mechanic hadn't accomplished, and explaining our options with keeping the vehicle running. Needless to say, I will have the car towed to you tomorrow to be repaired and to get back on the road. I won't be taking chances on other shops in the future. I went in recently for a quick recall fix and when I mentioned I had my snow tires in the trunk, they were able to take care of changing them out along with the recall fix in the time they originally quoted, plus washed it! They transported me to a shopping center so I could make best use of my wait time. More
