What I really like is that her service level and enthusiasm throughout this sales process never changed and she never pressured me. She is truly a top sales professional. When I visited the dealership finally after all of this time, she had my car of interest ready to go for me and we made a deal pretty quickly and easily. The dealer respected my trade and paid top dollar to get what they knew was a top car and that was appreciated. These guys know the car business, they have a good selection. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! !! If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a preowned car last JULY and it was rocky from the start. The salesperson confirmed twice that there !! The salesperson confirmed twice that there was window tint in all of the windows—when I received it after shipping it to another state, one of the windows was completely clear. The car was advertised with cold weather package which it didn’t have, another misrepresentation. Upon arrival, it had many dings/dents documented by the transport company (34 to be exact) even though described as “immaculate, no dings or dents” by the salesperson. And the very worst—-they sent me a history report stating no prior accidents before purchase. As I prepared to trade the car in over this past weekend, a carfax report was run and it showed not one but TWO prior accidents, one of which was graded moderate. Talking with first Devin Bandy, then Dominik Dybala, both were rude (Devin hung up on me) and offered no solution. I would suggest if you’ve already purchased a preowned car here to run a Carfax report using your VIN—you may well discover the same thing as me. There are just too many omissions/misrepresentations to give this business the benefit of the doubt. I am feeling cheated, especially with the way they’ve spoken to me after my discovery.
