When the problems started, he never answered any of my calls... They took about two weeks to fix it. Now it's been about 10 months and my engine keeps coming on and off, and they can't figure out what's the problem.... DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE. More

I will never go back My family has bought countless vehicles from this dealership in the past,but it seems like the service center is a total joke. I got a recall notice in the mail for the rear end on my truck. I called in ahead of time and had the parts ordered. I never go a call back. Showed up a month later to get the work done being told the parts where unstick waiting for me. Late in the next day I get a call to pick up my truck. They said the rear end was loose and needed to order the parts so the tightened it up and told me I would receive a call in a week to let me know the parts came in. 3weeks go by and no call. I call up Frank to see if the gears he ordered 3weeks ago had come in and he told me that he had not ordered them yet. 2 more weeks go but and I called in to see if the parts came in and they had been there for a week, no one bothered to call. Bring my truck in for the new gears to be installed leaving it with Pat this time. Later the next day I come to pick my truck up and they claim "the nut was replaced!" I bring up my last visit and tell them they where supposed to change the gear set. They punch around on the computer and say Upps I didn't see that. 2 more days in the shop and the truck is finally done. Not only did they leave my truck water spotted to all xxxx they also neglected to mention a loose brake line and a hefty leak. Thanks Glenn Thomas Dodge, Frank and Pat both just lost my business. SHOCKED!! I Never Imagined A Dealer Would Do Such A Thing I bought a Fiat. When I drove home noticed the check engine light was on. I took car in to be serviced. They called said they fixed it. The next d I bought a Fiat. When I drove home noticed the check engine light was on. I took car in to be serviced. They called said they fixed it. The next day it was back on. I brought the car back and I had someone drop me off and I thought I would take their shuttle home. I live on the same street as dealer but like 3 miles away. It took them 3 hours to get me home. They call me and say they found out what was wrong and they would have to order part. It will take about a week to get if I wanted to come pick up car. They never called me to tell me part was in. I had to call them. I bring it back they call me said they installed part and its fixed. Two days later the light was on again. I got manager involved. He said he would get to the bottom of it. I brought it back, The manager calls me and said cable of the part they installed was loose its all fixed. I go back to pick up my car. I'm driving home I notice there is 14 miles more on my speedometer then when I dropped it off. And I look down and I see white dog hair all over my passenger seat. The technician was driving around with his dog in my brand new car. The manager said that a customer was given a ride home in my car with his dog. Incredible I never heard of such thing. I should of listened to the warning signs when we were buying the car. A lady was walking around dealership cursing out loud mad as xxxx. Now I know why. Don't do it!! I'm bringing my car some where else. More

Thomas Dodge for over 20 years and they are the most outstanding dealership I've ever dealt with. I have bought two different trucks from them over that period of time through a company fleet purchase program. When I came in to meet with the fleet manager she opened her books so that I could compare the information I had received from my company, regarding specifics and price, to the dealership information. No xx, no pressure, no bait and switch--and most importantly no difference between what I thought I was going to get and what the dealership said I could get for the price. As outstanding as my purchase experiences have been, the best part of my experience with this dealership has been with the service department. The mechanics are outstanding and the only service you get is the service you actually need. I currently have over 135K miles on the last truck I purchased from them and it runs like a top. More

Friendly and fun experience test driving different vehicles from the large inventory. We selected a couple to choose between, then spent all the time we wanted going through the packages and costs of vehicles from the large inventory. Worse experience ever!! They don't care for customers. My car has had numerous problems within the first year. They don't care and are doing nothing about it. They told me the part would arrive in one week, a month later they never called to tell me the part arrived. I had to call the dealers general manager John Davis only to find out the part has been there. With all the problems and issues with the car, they still don't want to do a trade for me. They offered a trade in deal that would cost me money!. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone. It's horrible. More
