Dealership will make false inquiries using your information Steer clear of this dealership providing YOUR information to other dealerships to bombard and annoy you!!! I inquired about a new vehicle. Brian Ramir Steer clear of this dealership providing YOUR information to other dealerships to bombard and annoy you!!! I inquired about a new vehicle. Brian Ramirez ,(310) 528-1380, Internet Sales Consultant, responded to my email, I told him exactly what I was looking for with a reasonable budget for a new car. It didn't seem like he was interested in my budget or helping me to find a car so I let him know I would be taking my business elsewhere. Within 15 minutes of sending that email, I'm getting several solicitations; 8 emails, 5 phone calls, and 2 text messages from other dealerships saying I inquired on various cars through them which I have not. I doubt it's a coincidence!! This is extremely unprofessional!!! More
THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE I bought My car with you guys 9 months ago, when i bought the car i was offered by the sales man and sales manager the first 30k miles with service in I bought My car with you guys 9 months ago, when i bought the car i was offered by the sales man and sales manager the first 30k miles with service included i agreed on it and thats why my payment was a little higher which was fine, i came in for my first oil change they tried charging me 190 dollars, then i complained and since it was the first one they'll do it for free, i complained again because it was not right in the system, turns out that they went back and forth with me saying i made that up and they do not offer this, then worked something out with sales manager randy until i got what i was offered when the car was ready they forgot to let me know so i waited 5 hours for an oil change, within the first 3 months i had to get warranty on My Stereo computer 2 times, then the seat belt clicker stopped working, to get it replaced it was supposed to be a quick and easy job, the mechanic who did the "repair" didn't know what to do so he took out the whole seat, when he took out the seat he scratched the door panel and all the panels on the bottom around the door, also scratched the paint on the frame of the door, they asked me to please work with you guys you would repair it and leave like new, xxxxxxxx! i left the car for 2 weeks to get repaired, they used touch up paint on the scratches, i went back a forth for the panels to be replaced, you only replaced the bottom one, so out of 3 panels you only replaced 1, i emailed the repair manager Beto 4 times and followed up with calls but no luck, i came back to the dealer to get my car serviced and finally confront them about the repairs that weren't done, turns out they tried charging me again for an oil change and tire rotation, i complained because my contract should cover all of that, the lady in finance took 4 hours looking for my contract because she couldn't find it, turns out that i was right and after 4 hours of lying to me they had to print the contract that had all the details on ti and what was covered, they told me the parts were never ordered, that that manager was not in today, so i worked with Cory, he ordered the parts and explained they would take 7-10 days, fine ill wait again, while he ordered the parts and they were doing a tire rotation they found a nail on my front right tire, since there is a small scratch on the panel of the drivers side they asked me to work with them again, they would replace my tire for a brand new one and id let that scratch slide, i went out to the car looked at the tire and after all the xxxx I've gone through with the dealer i marked my tire on the Wing logo of the Goodyear tire as well as on the Y, i marked it with my keys, so i said fine lets do it, after waiting an extra 3 hours because they didn't have the tire they went to get it in another location, they showed me the tire with the nail in it, once the car was ready i got on my car and saw low pressure on all my tires after spending 10+ hours all i wanted to do is leave, i thought since they "rushed" my service i could just put air on it, i did, then i wake up Sunday morning my tire is low again, i look at the tire and its the exact same tire i marked with the nail still on it, i call and of course they don't work on weekends, i came in today Monday July 10th of 2017 and it turns out that according to them they replaced the tire on the front left side and now both front tires had a nail on them in the exact same place, how bad is my luck right?? so after an hours of discussion and absolutely no respect for time and or anyones they're getting the tire from Glendale since they don't have the tire, they promised the car to be ready by 1pm, i lost a contract due to this, i was supposed to travel and meet my buyers at 8:30 so i lost that commission, I've also lost 4 full days of work due to the mistakes they keep on making, no one is going to refund me for the time lost and they continue to lie to peoples face, they took the tire out with a nail showed it to me and then put it back on my car, this is the worst experience I've had as a customer anywhere I've been, i was going to buy a second car with them, but you are xxxx sure i rather go to any other dealer before this one, i recommend you all to stay away from this dealer since they like playing with peoples time and lying to peoples faces is allowed here. I will be meeting the GM of the dealer today and oh boy will he listen to me, i will contact the better business bureau and will make sure they don't have it so easy at scamming and lying to people. Best experience with a Dealer - ever! My daughter need a good used car, and we found a good candidate at this dealership. We encountered a sales team (Alvin, Mike, and Luke) that provided My daughter need a good used car, and we found a good candidate at this dealership. We encountered a sales team (Alvin, Mike, and Luke) that provided low-stress, professional service. The car was just what we were looking for, and the price was very fair. I was concerned that the battery could be an issue, and Luke (the manager) agreed to make it right if we encountered any problems in the next month or two. This was a handshake agreement. 3 days later, my daughter was stranded with a dead battery. Luke had it tested, and when it failed, he replaced it with a new battery at NO COST. Anybody can make a mistake or misjudge a situation. How they make it "right" is a true test of character. They honored their word, and that is huge for me. More
HORRIBLE DEALER THEY ARE CROOKS!!! **************bad business, bad service, horrible follow up service, this place is not where anyone should purchase a vehicle from!************* i **************bad business, bad service, horrible follow up service, this place is not where anyone should purchase a vehicle from!************* i purchased a 2007 jeep wrangler x from this dealer and 350 miles later (5-days) after vehicle purchase the car mechanically became unresponsive. i had the vehicle towed to the dealer in which they stated after review, the clutch on the vehicle went out, and this item is considered "ware and tear" in which is not covered by the dealer. i then spoke with alice yu in the finance department about getting this resolved, she stated that the dealer is willing to pay for half the cost on the vehicle of $1,692.00 to repair this problem. i told her that me as a consumer whom is purchasing from a 5 star dealership that is said to be reputable with over 100 years of business should have known the vehicle was faulty. i kindly asked that the dealership repair the vehicle and i am willing to assume financial responsibility of the car after this item is repaired. however to my dismay the dealer did not want to proceed with the deal and were unwilling to assume repair costs on the vehicle. i stated that this is fine, i just wanted my down payment returned to me of $500.00 in which after a month going back in fourth on this matter was notified by ms. alice yu that the $500.00 was non refundable due to once again "wear and tear" on the vehicle and that they will not be refunding my deposit. i feel that as a consumer i should not have to incur these cost as the vehicle was purchased from this dealer whom failed to properly inspect this 2007 jeep wrangler x. and sold me a car that was not safe for driving and or anyone to be operating especially 5 days after the car was sold to me the consumer and this occurred. Capless Gas Tank Faulty The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. If I could return my vehicle and remove this experience from my life, I would do just that. I The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. If I could return my vehicle and remove this experience from my life, I would do just that. It starts from Tom the service manager, to the service advisor, Dan. The problem is that my Jeep Renegade has a faulty capless gas tank, and something metal popped up and I was not able to insert gas nozzle into my tank from Friday at 7:30pm to Monday at 10:30am. I missed work so that I can take it to the service repair at 2100 Spring, you would think they would accommodate you by putting $20.00 worth of gas in your tank, since I purchased the car from there in January 2016, no they say that's your problem.... We can just order the part, and make you Wait for Five more days to install the part, and you can drive back to Long Beach for installation. I simply Hate Auto Repair People, they are the dumbest most inconsiderate xxx wipes alive! More

Lack of Service / They Just Want to Sell You a Car This dealership has become a joke. It’s sad when the customer knows more about the cars than the sales people. Sales people should know the product. T This dealership has become a joke. It’s sad when the customer knows more about the cars than the sales people. Sales people should know the product. There were multiple red flags telling me to move to another dealer but the final one was when the owner's son was working on a quote for me and he simple stayed in is office didn't come out and say hello and introduce himself. Hey buddy, I am about to give you 65K, you can't come out and say hello! That right there should tell you to stay away from this dealership. Glad I didn't pull the trigger yet. See the sales people on the floor don't make the decisions about pricing, the sales managers do (one of them is the owner’s sons). Since they will not talk to regular customers, you're pretty much wasting your time at this dealership. Its very evident the issue at this dealership is the sales management. The sales people on the floor are nice but their hands are tided because the owners son is lazy, doesn't understand sales, and doesn't engage with the customers. More
