Warning, don’t trust the finance department quotes. Definitely liked working with Jesse, Rafael, and Robert. Great guys. However, the finance department Would give me quotes, And not actually give me the deal they quoted. They blame it on Things that I knew was a lie and was able to verify weren’t true. Like telling me rebate coupons were used up that I no longer qualified for (Verified with Chrysler capital that’s not true) Or telling me I can’t get a returning lease bonus Because my registration is late- Even though Chrysler capital Says in their terms and conditions that are returning lease bonus is for anyone who has returned or is about to return a lease Financed with Chrysler capital within 365 days of return date. They would also claim that vouchers jeep gave me via email for additional rebate were ineligible or they couldn’t find them in their system (even though they clearly found them and applied them to previous quotes) Even though I paid attention to the terms and conditions, none of which disqualified me, and I would even receive new rebate vouchers from Jeep that they still said didn’t work. As time went on their quotes would get higher and then eventually when I decided screw, it What’s another $20?… They then claimed that that deal wasn’t available. Do not trust these guys go to one of the many other dealerships in the area. Definitely bummed Because I like the guys I was directly dealing with. Sad because I see this car sat on their lot for nearly 6 months unsold. More

Spoke to both a sales and service manager and they had nothing to say. Regular maintenance wasn’t neglected. Vehicle was maintenanced at 2 jeep dealerships due to vicinity, Jeep-Buena Park, but primarily a Glenn Thomas-Signal Hill. Will never pay $42k for a Jeep (Grand Cherokee) again. They do not stand buy their vehicles. Do your research and don’t purchase a Jeep if you’re smart-“Don’t Get One” More

We got the truck with everything we wanted at a very good price. The service department is also superb! Tom, the service manager, not only provided great customer care at the service department, but also had gone out of his way to get us a full refund for an out-of-town car rental when we encountered a car issue (which was later determined to be caused by a car software glitch). The truck is great and we love it! Glenn E Thomas remains to be our favorite dealership! More

Came from an hour and a half away to see a vehicle, we were assisted by the sales rep Jayson who was very professional and helpful. Decided to purchase the vehicle, got the out the door pricing, let them know that I already secured the financing thru my own bank. Had to leave due to a work meeting and spoke to one of the reps in financing and he advised that I could start the paperwork process and it would be ready by the time I would return in the evening to speed it up. Then that's when the nightmare started. When I returned in the evening (after driving an hour and a half again!) The process was supposed to resume. They requested a copy of my insurance information to make sure I had full coverage. However this time, instead of working with the same person in financing who was there earlier in the afternoon, we were met by the sales manager Lucas (who by the way gave me his card so that in his words I could "spell it right") Lucas then began to give us his xx explanation about how we could not drive away with the car because they needed to wait until their bank completely cleared the cashiers check from my bank and that they always do it this way. Uum as if this is my first time buying a car? I know that's a straight lie! Mind you, the car I was going to purchase was already considered used because the person it was originally sold to couldn't follow thru with the loan and had to return it after a few days and 500 miles later. (And that came directly from financing when they explained why the car was selling for the price it was. When I said this, Lucas rudely said "well you were lied to!" Wow so now apart from being rude and unprofessional, you also want to put in question the integrity of not one but 2 of your coworkers including the financing reps?Doesn't give a good look to this dealership at all. He then proceeded to tell us that we didn't have to purchase from them. Well you are absolutely right about that! Do not waste your time even if you are local to this dealership because in Lucas' own words you don't need to purchase from them. Take your business elsewhere unless you are okay with wasting hours at a dealership who clearly doesn't want to sell a vehicle. More
I went twice to look at a truck and nobody came out one day was around 7:30 then next day 6 people was there I even was walking around in front of the office couple of times and nothing .I went to anothe day was around 7:30 then next day 6 people was there I even was walking around in front of the office couple of times and nothing .I went to another dealership they welcomed me and helped right away with pleasant and worked with me for what I wanted.
