Did quite a bit of our car deal online a few days before traveling 3 1/2 hours for the car and deal we wanted. Staff were great to work with and the short time we were there was kind of like visiting frien traveling 3 1/2 hours for the car and deal we wanted. We drove 3. 5 hrs to pick up a truck they said was serviced and ready to go. We get there and it's leaking oil. Air filter box was loose with dirty filter still t 5 hrs to pick up a truck they said was serviced and ready to go. We get there and it's leaking oil. Air filter box was loose with dirty filter still there. Several other obvious repairs were needed. They said they would fix and deliver the truck to me. Truck was delivered leaking oil and with the same oil filter. I marked said filter before delivery. This proves the service department obviously is screwing people over on purpose. I demanded my money back and returned the truck. I will never be back or recommend this dealership to anyone. BUYER BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY. More

Everyone was friendly There are a few things I'm not too happy with. Especially what I was told about the brakes. I didn't think I'd be driving a safety issue home in the rain that night. I'm in hopes that my stepmother will be getting her change back soon also, to help with repair costs. The final deal was 5000 even. They got that, plus my trade. I'm also in hopes that the paperwork I had to go back to the dealership to resign was corrected correctly this time. What saddens me the most I think, is that there were no follow up calls or emails. I'm handicapped and needed a safe van. I'm pretty disappointed More
