BUYER BEWARE! !!! Purchased a used vehicle as an out-of-state buyer from Stephen Black - 76,000 miles on the car. Stephen did a good job. As part of our !!! As part of our negotiations I asked for a very detailed visual inspection to verify there was no rust in the rear quarter panels (common and particularly problematic for this model vehicle) and no dents. It was reported that there was absolutely no rust and 1 dent in the passenger door - which the dealership agreed to have repaired before I flew down to pick up the car. Upon picking up the car I found very clear rust in the rear quarter panel and a new dent in the fender. I asked the used car manager Steve to repair this new dent that was clearly caused while in his care and his response was "it's an old car it's going to have dents". 1 day after getting the car home it died showing signs of lingering massive electrical gremlins. I called the dealership with a fair request which was split the cost of repairing the issue 50/50. I never even the used car manager Steve a cost number, he told me I should have purchased a warranty and refused to stand behind the car they sold. !!!!Avoid this dealership for used vehicles!!!! More
Came in not knowing what to expect or even if we could trade up for a newer vehicle. They sold me a truck that hadn’t been serviced or cleaned. They did send me a check for the detail. But this truck has been a pain in the butt. Luckily it’s a CPO truck bc it’s been in the sh cleaned. They did send me a check for the detail. But this truck has been a pain in the butt. Luckily it’s a CPO truck bc it’s been in the shop longer than I have driven it. The screen has been replaced and I’m about to take to the shop a second time. There are all sorts of issues with the electronics system in the truck. I would not recommend Glenn for used vehicles. More
They don’t seem to care about communication. Never drop names but it was a lack of ever getting a response and a call back since I did this over the internet and had the vehicle delivered. They seemed rude like it was a burden to get me the papers I needed. I also was very rushed looking over the car and signing the papers by the delivery guy. Of course my fault for not stopping or slowing down to look the car over and read the papers more thoroughly for all the breakdown of the pricing and the monthly payments. I told them what I wanted. We agreed. Then as I was rushed through signing didn’t catch that I am paying more than I wanted to after finally receiving an emailed copy. Since I was told all the papers that I signed would be overnighted to me. So yeah. Sucks doing business over the phone/internet. But when spending that much money on a car now a days and can’t get a simple quick text back or a returned phone call or agree on a price then mess up not catch it then try to reach out addressing the issue and not getting an email back pretty xxxxty in my book. More
