Liars. Purchased a used car from this dealer on 6/2/20 and purchase the extended warranty. On 6/4/20 had an issue with the electrical, Ricky Zimmerman from Glendora Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram promised to fix and purchase the extended warranty. On 6/4/20 had an issue with the electrical, Ricky Zimmerman from Glendora Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram promised to fix it. Ricky knew it was an electrical issue and when the warranty coverage denied the claim because it was an existing issue and the dealer is responsible to fix it. Ricky Zimmerman text after waiting 4 days that he would only pay $138, the diagnostic fee, because it was not a safety issue. Very poor customer service, don't buy from them. If you want to buy a used car from them, have a mechanic thoroughly check it. Ricky Zimmerman gives sales people a BAD reputation. We'll see if he refunds the $138 or will be another lie. I will keep you posted. More

I can honestly say my nightmare , turned to a fun experience . First thing that caught my attention is this place seemed like a real family business , usually you have sales ,asst mngr ,then manager,and sargents ,generals, the chain of command .. the problem with this tactic that all this is were lauren ,debbie , come in picture there hunting down the car with options and accessories we asked for .. there kind of yelling out to christian we found blk car no leather. we found blk no red calipers , found blk car red calipers ,wrong wheels this went on for about hour .,shoot we joined in on search .. what stood out to me was they were really searching . it wasnt a sales technic to sell what they had .they were really gonna find this dam car ,and they did ." I think if they had more cars on there lot they probably would have built the exact car I was asking for . Christian mentioned he had some stuff going on with his family sun turns out the car we purchased was over 50 miles away so the car would be ready for us to pick up monday ,tuesday So sunday night we were winding down the from the day having dinner we get a couple of calls .its christian he says he picked up the car ,and ready for pick up ,it was about 15 mins before closing we drove down he had the car detailed ready to go .lauren was also present , car guys like myself , , you guys earned my business .
