Great Car Buying Experience! I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee here and it was an overall great experience. Each staff member was very helpful and friendly during my visit. They allowed me to extensively look at each vehicle i was interested in prior to making my decision. They also input extra effort to clean my vehicle at my request. The paperwork process was very quick which was nice as in the past with previous car purchases it took over an hour! The sales rep I was working with, Tamara Tolleson, was very helpful in getting me acclimated with my new car. She went through each function within my vehicle as well as getting me all set up with the features of my nav screen. She also picked me up from the Enterprise when I had to return my rental! Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and the friendly staff here at Glendora Dodge! More

Worst service i have ever received. Poor communication with scheduling and vehicle being finished. Finished work is crap.
