We departed frustrated and angry vowing to never return. 2-13-2017 I entered the Glendora Dodge dealership with my girlfriend who recently purchased a Jeep Renegade months prior and wanted to upgrade to a Jeep Cherokee. I had absolutely no intentions of purchasing a vehicle today. After seeing first hand and speaking with Jim Brooks during my girlfriends buying process, I was sold!! A few hours later I returned and purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee 0 down with very affordable monthly payments. Internet sales Manager Jim Brooks was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. His professionalism was astounding not to mention a very funny person. On a 1-10 purchasing scale, I would have to give Jim Brooks and the Glendora Dodge dealership a resounding 10+Thank you very much. For the individuals reading these reviews... DISREGARD any negatives and see for yourself how simple and pleasurable your buying experience can truly be. More

The dealer rep's could not give me ANY reason why my vehicle cost $5,000 more than other similar Jeep's in the area did. The dealer also did not SMOG the vehicle prior to releasing it to us. They made us come out of our way and waste the whole day waiting for our vehicle to be smogged (which we all know should take less than an hour). I'm very disappointed in the service we had at this dealership. More
Taken advantage of! I have been going to this dealership for about 6 months or so for months for maintenance. I live in Rancho Cucamonga but the dealership in Ontario is I have been going to this dealership for about 6 months or so for months for maintenance. I live in Rancho Cucamonga but the dealership in Ontario is always way to busy so I decided to go to Glendora. I had an issue with my brakes, when braking I have to push the pedal all the way to the floor. I took it to a service station by my home to get it diagnosis and was told the master cylinder needed to be replaced. I have a Dodge Nitro and felt more comfortable taking it to the dealership to get better service and to get the repairs done right, wow was I WRONG! I made an appointment a week in advance since the part had to be ordered, I dropped it off 01/13/17 and it was all down hill from there. The first issue came with the shuttle driver, I asked if it was a shuttle nobody asked where I was going and nor did I think it was an issue since my address was on my paperwork I just signed plus I've been sent mail from the dealership. The shuttle only goes 10 miles from the dealership and I was going 15! Not to mention I was the ONLY person on the shuttle so if I wasn't there she would be doing what!? I was upset about the shuttle not coming to get me after my truck was finish and called the dealership and explained the situation and was guaranteed a ride back to get my truck. I received a call from the service manager Rick that I was right he master cylinder needed to be replaced but the brake booster was bad as well since the two parts are bolted together. Rick told me if I didn't replace the brake booster my brakes would not be fixed and that would be a grand total of $800 with labor being $500! I said go ahead since that's the reason I took it, later on in the day I was called and was told it still wasn't fix, the calibers needed to be checked and that would take time and they needed to keep it over the weekend to troubleshoot it. Rick told me I would not receive any more charges. Never mind the face I work in healthcare and had to work the weekend, what do they care about inconveniencing me. Monday morning 01/16/17 the day it was to be done I had to call around 1:30 pm and surprise, more test where being ran and another part needed to be fixed and it's another $700! Come on now do anybody know what they are doing or do we milk women for as much as we can? Why didn't this issues come up when you found out the brake booster needed to be replaced!? Shouldn't a diagnostic test be done after the master cylinder didn't fix the problem to show all other issues? Or are y'all just guessing on my dime? I said no I can't afford to fix guessing! The brakes were just as bad as when I brung it to the shop $800 ago, please tell me how this is acceptable? I called management and they said let me go talk to the service department and the crowds need call back. I filed a fromal complaint with the company but not sure if it's going to do any good. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to the Dodge Jeep dealership in Glendora, especially people who are not knowledgeable about cars because they will do there best to bleed you dry and management promotes it! She was experiencing fill up issues with any pump nozzles from every gas station. Once her tank emptied and she was unable to refuel the car she called Glendora Dodge and spoke to a man named named John, who worked in the Service Department. An appointment was set up and a few days later the car was ready. Once my wife came home she showed me a scratch and chip near the gas tank the dealer had made when they replaced the tank on the rear quarter panel. Well, I called and spoke to John wherein he asked me to bring it in so they can fix the damage to the paint they caused. So she took it in again... When we get it back this time I'm blow away. It looked like they got white nail polish and just applied it to the damaged area. It was ridiculous. So my wife took it back once again and John apologized again. At this point he informed her that the damage could not be repaired with touch up paint and the car needs to be professionally painted. Very well, my wife left it in their care once again and it was sent to what they called an "Approved Dodge Auto and Paint Repair Company" across the street. Two days later, my wife picks up the car and takes it home. When I get home from the office that night she shows me something that I was not prepared to see at all. They mismatched the paint color. The car is white and the panel is creamy yellow white. It stands out so much you can see the color difference in the dark. I was very angry, disappointment, shocked and beyond control. I could not believe they could do this to my wife. So this time I decide to take it in myself, I call John and schedule an appointment for Monday December 5, 2016. When I get there, John comes out, as soon as he sees the panel he yells out "whoa, that's yellow". He then went on to say "this kind of work is not like them" and went on about how good their shop usually is, but I'm thinking the whole time, did you not do quality assurance work and see how it looked when it came back? This paint job is extremely noticeable, it's yellow just like he said I thought to myself. Then he comes out with a work order "ticket" and looks at me and says "so do you need a ride to enterprise?" I say yes. Then he looks looks down at his clip board and says " so, um... your paying for enterprise, right?" I immediately lose my patients. I can't believe he asked me that. After all this he had the audacity to ask me something like that. I lose my cool and tell my wife to get in car and I told John I prefer to just get it done somewhere else. Somewhere where I am valued as a customer and treated like a person. He chases me all the way to the car saying "let me talk to my manager and see what I could do, maybe we can get you a car on us". What he failed to understand is he is adding fire to the situation by pestering me with his words, so I tell him to get the xxxx out of my way because he is blocking me from walking to the other side of the car to put my sons car seat in. I leave. Now, let me tell everyone who is reading this something. This place deserves this rating. I wish I could tell you more about this dealer but I wanted to leave this rating based solely on parts and service. I will be writing another review soon on other matters in reference to our car and contract. If you are looking for a great car that works fantastic, do not come here. Trust me, mine had been in the shop more times that I can count. They sell people the worst cars Dodge makes. The sales team are all liars, especially Tony. This place is garbage, I strongly recommend you stay away from this place, trust me. Feel free to message me if you need any further information, I'm taking them the small claims court for the damages. Do NOT leave your car in their hands, I can prove to you it's a big risk you are taking. More
