Unfortunately I missed the cut-off date to order but was surprised when Glendora was able to convince one of the other lots to trade with them so that I could drive away with the car of my choice. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DEALER !! WENT TO THIS DEALER WITH MY CAPITAL ONE AUTO LOAN PRE APPROVED LETTER TO PURCHASE MY TRUCK 2007 CHEVY 2500 HD SILVERADO .. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO RUN MY WENT TO THIS DEALER WITH MY CAPITAL ONE AUTO LOAN PRE APPROVED LETTER TO PURCHASE MY TRUCK 2007 CHEVY 2500 HD SILVERADO .. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO RUN MY CREDIT THREW THE CAPITAL ONE I WAS PRE APPROVED BUT THEY DECIDE TO RUN MY CREDIT 5 TIMES AND I WAS ASKED TO LIE ABOUT MY INCOME TO OTHER LENDERS.. THEN WHEN I SAID WHATS GOING ON THEY MAGICALLY USED MY PRE APPROVAL LETTER BEWARE I STILL GOT MY TRUCK BUT HAVE 6 HARD INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT NOW VERY DISAPPOINTED ! More

Sorry i forgot the other staff names... from the bottled water, test drive, full tank in my new car, calling in to make sure the exact model is on the lot, to the style, color, panaramic roof (I've called and traveled to multiple dealerships and was told they had my car on lot but it was wrong or was not there). Glendora dealership was able to hold the car until I got there because I was coming from over 60 miles away and it was traffic so it took a couple hours to get there. All were very help and knowledgeable and wouldnt be able to get the car i wanted. We will definitely be purchasing another car here. Thank you!! More
