I usually wait to about 4pm to call them (you’ll never hear from them unless you call). Both time same line...”You’re next to be evaluated.” This place is unreal. Unfortunately, the issue with the car can’t be taken to any mechanic. Avoid this place if you can, unless they have a good 3 days to do something like change a tire..... Remember, if you buy a car from them, you may have to take it back to them for “service.”... More

Osbaldo was kind and eager to show cars, but suggest that he MUST be informed of the vehicle brand he is selling. The reason I chose a 3/5 Stars is because the car I got was not necessarily the car I went in to look at, and was not informed by my sales person, who was convinced I was purchasing the same car I traded back to CarMax, was the same car. I noticed after the deal went through that the car I got was not the same car! I do have a responsibility as a buy as well to be informed but ultimately, I have to trust my salesman who represents the dealer. I am grateful for the porter, Jesse, who came out while the sales person was trying to deliver the car to me. She was much more informed about the car than the salesperson and made me feel more secure about my purchase. Tony and Medhi were great as well. More
