He worked to get us the best possible price on it, and even rolled up his sleeves to do the glass coat on it himself while the friendly and non-pushy finance folks handled their part of the deal. Jack of all trades! He was so laid back and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our experience with him. He really knows his stuff and he's super personable. He wasn't pushy at all - like a lot of salesmen are - which we really appreciated. We had a great experience at this dealership and will totally recommend it, and especially Jim, to others. More

Avoid Service Department at all cost This is the second time I’ve been to the “service” department. They give you an appointment 3 weeks later and tell you to be there by 8 am. I usually wait to about 4pm to call them (you’ll never hear from them unless you call). Both time same line...”You’re next to be evaluated.” This place is unreal. Unfortunately, the issue with the car can’t be taken to any mechanic. Avoid this place if you can, unless they have a good 3 days to do something like change a tire..... Remember, if you buy a car from them, you may have to take it back to them for “service.”... More
