No more than 2 minutes later, Christian called, I told him what I was looking for, what I already had as an offer and what I needed to make a deal. He wrote down and repeated everything I said and within an hour he called me back and asked when I could pick the car up! Later that night, we arrived to trade in our car and pick up the next. Everything was washed and ready to go. He even helped move the car seats and license plate frame over to the new vehicle! No BS, no haggling, he just got it done!
