No more than 2 minutes later, Christian called, I told him what I was looking for, what I already had as an offer and what I needed to make a deal. He wrote down and repeated everything I said and within an hour he called me back and asked when I could pick the car up! Later that night, we arrived to trade in our car and pick up the next. Everything was washed and ready to go. He even helped move the car seats and license plate frame over to the new vehicle! No BS, no haggling, he just got it done! I rolled into the dealership at noon on Saturday to find my car washed, gassed up and ready for pick up. Jim took care of everything so I literally spent less than one hour at the dealership. He even took the license plate frame off my old car and put it on my new car! Jim is very knowledgeable and HONEST. He made car buying easy and fun! Great customer service My salesman not only took the time to come pick me up from chino after seeing that my credit was a little challenged I was informed that I couldn’t pu My salesman not only took the time to come pick me up from chino after seeing that my credit was a little challenged I was informed that I couldn’t purchase the car that I was looking at because of the payment would have been super high and out of my budget he took the time along with the managers and found me a very nice low mileage car that’s very clean and sporty to help me repair my credit and I have transportation again.
