Will travel the 40 minutes for these guys I purchased my 2016 Nissan Altima and have nothing but the kindest words to share about my experience at Glendale Nissan. As we all know purchasing a I purchased my 2016 Nissan Altima and have nothing but the kindest words to share about my experience at Glendale Nissan. As we all know purchasing a car is stressful and exhausting however this wasn't the case for me. Arben, my salesman, and his team of managers appraised my vehicle at a fair value and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Everything was smooth sailing from being greeted at the door to meeting with the finance manager. Arben was patient and kind throughout the whole process and even kept me company while waiting to see the finance manager. Although I live 40 minutes away from Glendale Nissan, it's worth the trip to see these guys when I'll be ready for my new lease. Thank you Arben, Mario and Bob in finance. More
Glendale Nissan, not as good as they first appear I recently purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Glendale Nissan on April 9, 2016 and the overall experience was not positive. After I had test dr I recently purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Glendale Nissan on April 9, 2016 and the overall experience was not positive. After I had test driven the vehicle, I asked that the brakes be re-inspected because they seemed soft. This was arranged and, two hours later, it was reported that the softness was the result of fading brake pads. Shortly after returning home, I got underneath the car to identify my axles and transfer case and I noticed something very wrong. It was obvious that fluid had been leaking out of the driver side, rear wheel hub for some time. I also noticed that the driver side front half shaft had a torn CV boot and was leaking all of its grease everywhere. I drove the Jeep several hundred miles directly after I left Glendale Nissan to return home. I would hate to think what would have happened if the CV joint completely failed while driving on the highway; at the minimum, I would have been stranded. To add insult to injury, they advertised that the Jeep had passed their "rigorous 167-point inspection" before I even came to look at it. After I purchased it, they gave me an inspection form with a hand-written statement stating, "All safety items passed" with a smiley face drawn underneath. I dropped the Jeep off at my local Midas and asked them to look the car over. As it stands, I have quotes for $512.04 to replace the seals and bearings in the rear axle and $255.76 to replace the left front half shaft; these prices would be even higher if I had my local Jeep dealership do the work. These needed to be replaced in order to make the vehicle safe and make it mechanically sound. I contacted Glendale Nissan about these issues with the car to give them a chance to make things right. After attempting to contact three separate people over the course of four days via their official website and via email, it finally took me calling the dealership and being bounced around between four different people before I finally was able to speak to a used car sales manager, Mr. Pete Binner. After a lengthy conversation, I was told few things. First, the Jeep didn't actually go through the advertised 167-point inspection, just a 95-point "safety inspection." Glendale Nissan's advertising is handled by a third party and Glendale Nissan isn't responsible for any incorrect information in their car ads. The lesson to take away is that you should never believe any of Glendale Nissan's car ads because they refuse to take responsibility for any misrepresentations of any vehicle; you will have to do a thorough inspection yourself, so bring a tarp and a floor jack to the dealership so you can look under the car you are interested in purchasing. Secondly, Mr. Binner made it very clear that even though I had pictures of the issues and had an inspection performed by a third party, Glendale Nissan was not obligated to assist me in any way regarding the repairs. Mr. Binner did eventually agree to send a check for $150 in an act of goodwill, something that is appreciated, but ultimately it's just a small portion of a $767.80 bill on a Jeep that has relatively low mileage for the model year and on a car that I purchased with the understanding that it was fully inspected and mechanically sorted. In closing, if you are looking to buy a NEW car, Glendale Nissan is probably a decent choice. They have a large lot with many options available and, if you are lucky enough to get a salesman like Arben, you will have a very positive car buying experience. Besides, most new cars don't have any issues and, if they do, it is almost always covered under warranty; Glendale Nissan will get compensated for the warranty work so you won't have to worry about them cutting corners to save the dealership some money in this area or misrepresenting any of their new cars. However, if you are wanting to purchase a used car here or are thinking of getting an out-of-warranty Nissan serviced here, you may want to think twice. More

Came in a few months ago for an oil change on my 2011 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x and had to come back because the tech forgot to screw the oil filter access plate back in and it was hanging and missing a bolt. That was the first problem and I shouldn't have went back but I decided to give them another shot last Monday. Went in for another oil change and everything went smoothly, or so I thought. Was getting ready to wash my car today and noticed the whole top of my liftgate scratched up and dented and rear window washer fluid sprayer is loose and scratched. Looks as if a garage door fell on it or was closed on it. I don't park in a garage nor was I anywhere near one or anything that could've done that damage in the last few days. Went in today (Saturday) and there are no managers so I spoke with a service guy. Showed him the damage and he claims there's no way that it could've happened there. That's a lie because their bays have garage doors that could've and did hit it. Now I have to waste more of my time to come in when a manager is available. All in all, bad service and would not recommend to anyone. More

False Advertising/bad salespeople They advertise vehicles on Cars.com for prices they can't actually sell at. When I inquired into a vehicle, the lady that called said they're great They advertise vehicles on Cars.com for prices they can't actually sell at. When I inquired into a vehicle, the lady that called said they're great deals to come on in. So I show up, and after the test drive, the price the salesman (Donnie) came to was the MSRP at $28,000+. I told him the price on Cars.com is $22,517 which was confirmed by the lady (Marketa) before we arrived. He was confused as ever, had no idea what I was talking about. I told him to look it up on his computer. He researched it, and sure enough I was right. He couldn't have been more confused as ever. After staring at the screen for about 3 minutes, he went to talk to his boss, came back and said I don't qualify for all the incentives since I'm not a recent college grad within 2 months, active military, Nissan VIP, and I'm not trading in a Nissan so I don't qualify for that price. Cars.com which is there own advertisement doesn't say that. It's exclusive online pricing. Donnie couldn't be a worse salesman. Seemed completely disinterested, (this is before we even brought up pricing), barely a handshake, very few words even came out of his mouth. If I didn't do any talking we would have sat there, and never said a word to each other. I'm in sales, and usually you have to be a little outgoing, at least show an interest in your customer. There are good dealerships, and there are bad dealerships. I usually have a good experience when buying a new car, but this salesman, and the dealership is what everyone hates about having to go to them to the T. More
Bait and Switch I would not recommend this dealer to anybody, the entire team is composed of very unprofessional young salesmen. The finance team works behind a glass I would not recommend this dealer to anybody, the entire team is composed of very unprofessional young salesmen. The finance team works behind a glass wall and makes ignorant comments about the customers as the sales person is trying to 'discuss' price with them. We went into the dealer around 8:00 after driving more than forty miles because we were promised one price on the internet, and then called to confirm the price with the phone sales team and we were assured that the price was going to remain the same. As soon as we sat down with the salesman he told us that the price of the vehicle increased by about seven thousand dollars. The salesman, Fareed, then laughed and continued to say that the 'girls' did their job at getting you to come in. Fareed, the salesman treated this entire sale as a joke and continued to banter back and forth with the finance team making it seem as if we couldn't 'afford' the vehicle. The finance team made a comment along the lines of ' You said they aren't going to buy it anyways so why are we doing this.' As if we were inconveniencing everyone at the dealer. As soon as we walked outside, the salesman and the finance manager laughed. VERY disappointing experience. My suggestion for everyone is to NOT deal with this dealer. You will be disappointed, and will regret driving ANY distance to this dealer. More
