Manny is the BEST. He is the only one I trust to take care of my vehicle. He is honest and trustworthy. Whenever I come in he makes me feel at ease instead of making me feel as if I am being taken for a care of my vehicle. He is honest and trustworthy. Whenever I come in he makes me feel at ease instead of making me feel as if I am being taken for a ride. He walks me through everything my vehicle needs and explains everything to me in a professional, kind way. Manny is a great asset to the Nissan company. More
Highly unresponsive to inquiry on used vehicle. Definitely emanate hiding something about the vehicle. Gave them 5 days to fill a simple request. Basically ghosted my inquiry. After buying 3 cars from them over the years they failed to pay off the loan on my trade in for my most recent purchase. After 1 month I realized that the old loan was never paid and it cost me greatly. Then after trying to contact the finance department they just gave me the run around and put me on hold over and over. Stay away from this place. If they still pull scams like this god only knows what else they do. Never again. More

Most VILE Used Car Manager Anywhere I will start with the good.... Jaime (salesman) and John (service) were both excellent and should be commended. Now we can move to the absolute disgrace of a used car manager (Larry Laino). I have never experienced anything like him in my many years of buying cars. After purchasing a 2017 Sentra Nismo on Saturday 2/29/2020, we noticed a few things that we thought should have been addressed as part of Nissan Certified. We came in to see Larry Laino on Tuesday 3/3/2020. At the time, although he did not want to come out and see my issues, agreed that what I described were things that should have been addressed and that I could bring the car in on Friday night and it would be taken care of on Saturday. Upon arrival on Friday, I stopped in to see if he wanted to call over to service and was rudely told to just drive it into service and tell them to call. After John looked and my issues, he went to talk to Larry. He returned with this message.... Tell them they bought a used car and there is nothing we are going to do. I went to talk to Larry at this point and was not only yelled at about having already raked him over the coal on price (in actuality bought the car for the exact price listed). Was told internet price was rock bottom. I was told I can call Nissan or the general manager, he doesn’t care. I was clearly told that he doesn’t care that he will never see us again and in fact doesn’t want to see us again and they don’t need our business. More
VERY BAD SALE TACTICS !! This is a very bad place to purchase a used car. they"re very, very dishonest and would take you for a ride. I needed a car and my boss drove me to the place and introduced me to his friend named Larry . This was during the winter of 2016 and my vehicle was down. After very short introduction, my boss left and Larry promised to take care of me. He took me to the used cars parking lot and asked me to take my time and look for what I want.It didn't took me long to spot ' Black 2013 Infiniti g37 journey with 32,900 miles on it. The car hood was opened showing ' very nice clean engine '. As usual I checked under the vehicle and there were no traces of oil or any other fluid drips. Checked the tires, look for scratches or dents. Checked inside for cigarettes burns. Everything seems perfect. - so I thought. I asked Larry about the price for the car since ' they don't display the price of their used cars on the vehicles '. They sense your desperation and charge you whatever they want. Larry checked with his sales manager and came back with $18,000.00 . Larry gave me the key to 'go test drive the car' , which I did. when I came back, I told Larry that ' l would like to buy the car , if you will give me a good deal'. This where the game started. Larry went to talk to his sales manager and came back and asked me " can you pay $389.00 a month ? ". I answer ' No. You said $18,000.00 and I asked for reduction. What is the deal price I asked for ? ' Again Larry asked to to his sales manager and returned to ask me " can you pay $375.00 a month ? This game continued for about three more times without Larry able to tell me any deal price. Finally he asked " can you pay $325.00 a month ? And I said yes ' BUT I NEED TO SEE CAR FAX REPORT ON THE CAR". Larry said ' okay let me get you some papers to sign and get you going while i am getting you the CAR FAX REPORT' . Oh, Larry asked for deposit and I put down $3,000.00 on my credit card. I asked for the CAR FAX Report about three more times and he kept saying ' my sales manager is working on it right now. Our machines are a little today'.. At this point it was about 8:30 PM. When Larry finally took me to an office to sign my sales papers, he gave me the CAR FAX REPORT. I read and discovered that within the three years that the car been on the road, it has had 'two different owners and I was going to be the third owner, and also two accidents that involved the car and been towed. I questioned the sales manager about this and I was told " this was just small rear ending without any major damage. this vehicle still has six { 6 } months Manufacture's warranty on it and if you find anything wrong the warranty would cover'. I was also sold additional ' Two Years Extended Vehicle Warranty for additional $2,500.00 '. Oh, they tried to sell me another service package ' Undercoating ' which I refused. After everything was done I was given contract that reads : $346.56 a month for 75 months . This 75 months were never discussed with me at anytime. So instead of the vehicle price of $18,000.00 that Larry originally quoted me I am paying { $346.56 x 75 months plus $3,000.00 down payment } for a total of $28.992.00 for 2013 Infiniti g37. I was given my papers and with' only one key and when I asked I was told to ' stop by tomorrow after work and we will find it for you.'. I went home around 9:00 PM and came back the next evening after work as promised BUT no one has any idea about second key to the car. Oh, also there was no ' car owner's manual which took another two weeks for them to order from Infiniti of Naperville.. I still have only one key to my vehicle so my wife don't have key to my car. When I took this vehicle to Infinifi Dealer ( Infiniti of Naperville, the following week for vehicle check up, I was called to the service representative office and given THE BAD NEWS " This Vehicle has had major accident and THE WHOLE VEHICLE'S FRONT END HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH AFTER MARKET PARTS. JUST SEE THE SPACE BETWEEN THE HOOD AND THE QUARTER PANEL '. THE ALTERNATOR BELT IS PUT UP WRONG AND IF YOU DON'T GET THINGS CORRECTED , YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE ACCIDENT WITH THIS CAR.' THE HOOD IS NOT LATCHING PROPERLY. AM SURE YOU CAN HEAR THE NOISE WHEN YOU DRIVE.THIS HOOD CAN OPEN TO BLIND YOU ON HIGHWAY. YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS VEHICLE BACK TO GET IT CORRECTED". The next morning I drove to Glendale Nissan And mentioned all these information to my sales person Larry and gave him copies of Infiniti of Naperville findingson the car. Larry passed it to his sales manager and I was given a loaner car to drive while they check my vehicle BUT the very next day, the manager called me on my cell phone asking me to return the loaner car 'BECAUSE OUR MECHANICS DON'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR CAR. IF YOU DON'T WANT IT YOU CAN TRADE-IT-IN FOR ANOTHER CAR'.I told the sales manager that I have had the car for about a week and I would like to bring it back and pick another .The used sales manager told me that my name on the vehicle has already been forwarded to the bank the financing and also to secretary of states office. I went many times but no one will even takes the time to talk to me .I have already spend about another $2'000.00 fixing this car.And right now the vehicle is scheduled for ' FRONT SWAY BAR -OUT OF PLACE, (2) TRANSMISSION COOLER LINE LEAKING'.(3) FRONT SHOCKS/SUSPENSION (CV BOOTS / TIE RODS/ BUSHINGS ). . Estimated at $1,450.00 I WILL NEVER, EVER STOP AT GLENDALE NISSAN FOR ANYTHING. NOT EVEN AN OIL CHANGE. More
They treat you like you're an idiot. I've been buying Nissans for nearly 20 years, and have even bought a few from this location. Recently visited this dealership to work out a deal for I've been buying Nissans for nearly 20 years, and have even bought a few from this location. Recently visited this dealership to work out a deal for a new vehicle and was treated like garbage. When I wouldn't accept the rip-off deals they were trying to push me into, they handed me off to some teenage kid salesman who didn't have the ability to negotiate. Glendale Nissan isn't interested in working with someone who does their homework and researches before coming into the dealership. They showed absolutely no loyalty to someone who has a history of doing business with them. So, I found another Nissan dealership that did appreciate my business and worked out a great deal with them. I'll never step foot back into Glendale Nissan, it's a sorry excuse for a dealership. They do not represent the Nissan brand well at all. If you're shopping for a Nissan, I recommend going somewhere else to do your business. More
I had purchased a car at Glendale Heights nissan, and when I first arrived at the place, everyone seems to be very nice, but once I made the purchase, no one care about me anymore. The car I purchased when I first arrived at the place, everyone seems to be very nice, but once I made the purchase, no one care about me anymore. The car I purchased had only one ignition key, and the salesperson promised me that I was going to get a spare key at no charge, now they said they will be a charge if I want a spare key, The manger Sal sent me an email to to know if I was satisfied, when I replied the email twice asking for help with the spare of key, he never respond my emails. They only care to sale, but not care about the customers. More
Great, no pressure experience buying CPO, inspect your car Glendale Nissan was one of several Nissan dealers I visited in search of a Certified Previously Owned Frontier. I bought a 2017 Frontier 4x4 from them Glendale Nissan was one of several Nissan dealers I visited in search of a Certified Previously Owned Frontier. I bought a 2017 Frontier 4x4 from them and Juan is the sales person that helped me. Manager John also helped as well as finance person Juan. All treated me politely and respectfully. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. Juan and John offered me a discount on the published price. I test drove the truck and told Juan I had others to see elsewhere and I would be in touch. He did not protest. As it turned out my subsequent experience at a Nissan dealer in Hemet sent me back to Glendale Nissan to test drive the morning's vehicle again, this time for longer. Juan was patient with my deliberate process. Earlier I asked Juan and John for the out-the-door price of the car. I read reviews of other car places that had expensive dealer-added options that came up late in the closing process. Not my experience with Juan and John. The price was the advertised prices less the discount promised plus sales tax, DMV registration and $85 doc prep fee. Just what I expected. None of the people I worked with pressured me to buy anything else. It was an ideal experience. The truck is a 2-year old rental that Glendale Certified. I bought the car on a Monday. The truck was dirty, inside and out. I was able to look past that to see the value of a sound, Certified vehicle. I pointed out grime on the front seat and carpet and asked Juan to have it cleaned. He also said they wash the vehicles they deliver. I picked the truck up the next day. It was nicely cleaned on the outside and mostly cleaned on the inside. When I got home I was able to get some back seat and carpeting stains out with a brush and clear water. Other notes: Glendale Nissan had only one key and fob for the truck but since the truck is Certified the rules say the customer gets two keys and fobs. Glendale Nissan provided the second key and fob. Also, something I did not notice until after I bought the car and I have not said anything to Glendale Nissan is that all Nissan Certified Pre-owned cars should have all four tires be the same brand. The tires on my truck are two different brands. I did notice the two brands while I was test driving the car and said so to Juan but I did not know at that time I deserved all the same brand. All four tires are in good condition so I decided not to bring it up "after the fact" but a small part of me is disappointed, especially since I will be towing a trailer with this truck and one of the sets of tires is a no-name brand, literally no name on the tires. FYI, the truck has 35,000 miles on it. I would buy from Juan at Glendale Nissan again but this time I'd bring up the mis-matched tires. More
