I’ve been taking my 2018 pathfinder to this dealer for the past year and a half never had an issue until recently they changed my lower control arms and ball joints I let them know a few days later that t the past year and a half never had an issue until recently they changed my lower control arms and ball joints I let them know a few days later that the truck kept veering to the right so then I took it in on Saturday September 16 and they did an alignment which I paid for and he said it was good to go. I drove it home, which is about 15 miles. I got home. Call them spoke to ana my service advisor and let her know what was going on right away She was defensive, saying that the truck was fine and 100% safe and there was no way that it was driving bad after the alignment and only driving 15 miles home,I told them something wasn’t right and that my new tires were getting uneven wear, she then proceeded to tell me that I could take the truck back, but I need to pay 170$ and also have to pay for a loaner therefore I needed to wait two weeks to come up with the money since I’m a real tight budget with limited income . Anyway, she then proceeded to put Juan the technician who worked on the truck On the phone which he also had an attitude and said that there’s no way the truck was not driving well I proceeded to tell him that I still kept veering, and he was noticeably irritated. So I took the truck back after I was able to gather up the money which was September 30 and as when the tech juan and I were walking up to the truck for the test drive, he noticed the left driver side tire facing inward And right away he said that wasn’t right and they shouldn’t be like that and that there’s no way he let it go like that two weeks prior,right away he was trying to avoid getting held accountable for anything even though I had spoken to him two weeks ago and letting them both know about my problems with the truck so they kept my Pathfinder from Saturday until Wednesday, October 4 and supposedly fixed it now but the issue now is that my two new tires I had in front or completely wasted and basically useless I told Ana and my wife spoke to Jim, the manager, which he wasn’t much help at all because right away, they denied anything being their fault and said that they will not be replacing my tires which were new-may I remind you again, I would like for them to make it right, and at least replace my two front tires that got warned out within two weeks because of the crappy job they did in the first place I’m gonna have to find another Nissan dealer which is unfortunate, because I have been coming to Glendale Nissan for a while and I will not be recommending this dealer to anybody I know. More

Eddie I believe is the office manager in the used cars, which I don’t know how he stills have a job, this dealer was a lot better years ago, I honestly thought it will be the same but is NOT I am very disappointed that way we were treated by Eddie and the finance department. They all lie they don’t tell you the truth about the vehicle and they don’t walk through your contract. We purchase a car in July 2022 and since we have problems with the car plus Eddie promised to take paid the balance on my lease vehicle instead he added the difference on my new contract with let us know. PLEAEE people don’t go into this dealer they will play you wrong. I honestly pray to God so may the owner of this dealer reads my review! Thank you More

Dishonest. I had a full Nissan Warranty on my Nissan Sentry. They billed for repairs instead of telling me to contact a different dealer to activate it. Their I had a full Nissan Warranty on my Nissan Sentry. They billed for repairs instead of telling me to contact a different dealer to activate it. Their service department tried to pretend that they checked and it was not in the system. They knew full well that Nissan Warranties are not placed in the system. You have to contact the dealer where your purchased the car. When I told them, i had a full warranty from M'Lady, Christ shrugged his shoulders and pretended like he did not understand. This is full blown criminal consumer fraud. I found the warranty after the repairs. They warranty people promised to send me an email. It takes 90 days to review the complaint and then you have to call back to see what they decided for a car which has a bumper to bumper warranty,. When M'Lady sold us the deliver ship, the saleman promised "bumpb to bumper, no worries." Nissan is guilty of criminal fraud and there should be a whistle blower lawsuit regarding their criminal activity. More
