I have come to glendale infiniti twice now to lease two separate vehicles. Both vehicles I never felt good about the deal. The dealers were not very pleasant and I could never really smile about the leas separate vehicles. Both vehicles I never felt good about the deal. The dealers were not very pleasant and I could never really smile about the leases that I contracted. Now unfortunately it doesn't end there, the service department is even worse. I almost lost complete respect for Infiniti altogether because I was under the impression that this is how luxury car owners feel. I have never gotten correct timely service as promised by the service manager who's name I don't even remember because that's how poorly he treated me. I took time off of work to have my service completed and the appointment time was at 11am. I have lunch from 11-12 from work hence the 11am appointment and I even was reassured that I would be out of there and on time to work. My vehicle was still parked in front at 1120, long story short I want out of there until almost 1pm. I almost lost my job!! They did not offer a courtesy ride nor a courtesy vehicle because they said the courtesy vehicles they did have were for the elite maintenance package and I was given a sneer as if I wasn't a privileged customer. I will get the name of the service agent, but he was an older,balding african-american gentleman with glasses who was very hurried and simply tries to rush me out of his office every time I encounter him. Glendale Infiniti should receive a demerit for there sub standard and unfriendly service. I did not have the pleasure of feeling like an infiniti owner whom which I was under the impression were ask elite. Nevertheless, I did finally get the quality treatment that an infiniti owner deserves unfortunately I have to travel over an hour and a to get the service done but it is well worth the time and effort, thank you Perry Infiniti of Escondido; especially Mike Sahagi. I had a great buying experience at Glendale Infiniti. Everyone from our sales person, Bijan, to Eric the Sales Manager, was helpful and knowledgeable. SWhen it came time to talk numbers, Vikas, the Gener Everyone from our sales person, Bijan, to Eric the Sales Manager, was helpful and knowledgeable. SWhen it came time to talk numbers, Vikas, the General Sales Manager presented everything in simple, direct terms. It wasn't alwasy clear that we were going to make everything come together, but there were no hard sells. After a minimum of back-and-forth we were able to arrive at a final figure that lined up wonderfully with my "magic" price point. This is only the start of my Infiniti relationship, but I have to say that we're off to a great start! P.S. Bobby, the Internet Sales Manager, was also invaluable in helping us make sense of the numbers. More

NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. 2) Service - Took the car back 4 times for same problem. I "threatened" that lemon law applies and demanded a new car. Then they "fixed" it at 5th time. Why can't they care & do proper job from the get go? 3) Lease return - called to schedule an appointment to return vehicle. Finance manager was too busy to take calls. Receptionist tells me that if the car is leased from here, I can just bringing it anytime. Took it in on Saturday driving 80 miles along with a friend to pick me up. They said, "oh we don't to returns on weekend, NO EXCEPTIONS". They lied to me again... Looks like I will have to drive additional 240 miles to just return the xxxx car. 4) IF I FIND ANYONE LOOKING FOR INFINITY, I WILL TELL YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM SAGE RELATED DEALERS AS THEY DO NOT SEEM TO INVEST INTO EMPLOYEES FOR PROPER TRAINING, SERVICE & COURTESY. Great dealer, not pushy like some dealers. Large stock of cars and friendly staff. I would recommend this dealer. If your looking to test drive the car, note that this dealer is a little far from the freeway cars and friendly staff. I would recommend this dealer. I was blown away by the customer service from our last visit. I went to have battery replaced on my Q45 which has 240,000 miles. I was told it was not the battery and could be the alternator whcih would visit. I went to have battery replaced on my Q45 which has 240,000 miles. I was told it was not the battery and could be the alternator whcih would be a $600 job. I said no I am not spending any more money on this car. Big D took went ahead and diagnosed and fixed the problem at no charge. This was a $600 job that they did for nothing. Not to many dealers treat their loyal patrons this way. Bruce H More
I've been taking my car to Glendale Infiniti for service since 2003. I am always promptly greeted and taken care of. The service guys are straight forward and friendly. When there is a part that needs to be ordered, or a service that would take more than an hour, they give me a loaner. I know this is a common practice with some of the other luxury brands, but I still personally find it extra convenient. No waiting for hours on end, and no need to bother someone to drop or pick me up. While I was there for a few minor things, the technician did a thorough check on my car and found an injector that needed to be replaced. I appreciate that pro-active attitude. More
I went to Glendale Infiniti to get my battery change because it was completely drained out. I had to jump start it before I got there. As I pulled up at the service area, there was a service guy named M because it was completely drained out. I had to jump start it before I got there. As I pulled up at the service area, there was a service guy named Miguel out there faster than speedy gonzales. He was extremely friendly and funny. Miguel will have you rolling on the floor with his jokes. He tells me that he will help me out if there is any problems with my car and says ,"Come see me anytime!" which means he really wants to be helpful. Oh yeah, I forgot to add the other service adviser Ricardo is cool too. I think he likes the Dodgers but they suck right now. So after chatting with Miguel for a few minutes my battery was changed in a jiffy and they even washed my car. Miguel even mentioned that I need some other services done to my car which is true and gave me a really good quote on them. I am sure to go back there soon and will come to see Miguel and only Miguel. If he is not there then I'll see "assiatant manager" Ricardo because I can rag on him about his Dodgers. He tried out for the Dodgers but they let him go because he had no power. I wish Miguel was my service advisor down at the Ferrari dealership where I take my Ferrari F430 too because time will fly with this guy joking with you. You people reading this, might not believe what I'm saying but its a fact. More
THE OTHER DAY I WENT TO GLENDALE INFINITY FOR SOME NOISE PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR AND A FEW MATENANCE FOLLOW-UPS. THE SERVICE ADVISOR *RANDY DUCKETT* WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. HE KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT MY CAR NEED PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR AND A FEW MATENANCE FOLLOW-UPS. THE SERVICE ADVISOR *RANDY DUCKETT* WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. HE KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT MY CAR NEEDED. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME IN DETAIL. HE LISTENED TO EVERYTHING I SAID AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD. MY CAR RUNS GREAT KNOW AND I AM UP TO DATE ON ALL OF MY MATENANCE AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE THANKS TO *RANDY* AT GLENDALE INFINITY. My experience at Glendale Infinity was great! The service advisor Randy was very nice and exceeded my expectations for a first time visit there.
