They told me to bring a check of $23878 and when I got there with the check, they asked me additional $1000, saying their van was only owned by one user before and had never been in accident. When I refused, they reduced to $500 and I paid a total of $24378 and they gave me a car fax showing clean title. Few weeks ago, my neighbor scratched my van's rear side bumper when she was reversing, and I took to my insurance estimator. It was only $536 damage, but what hit me with deep regret was they showed me the paper that the van was owned by two owners before and had two accidents before already. They showed me exactly where it was hit. One was in the front and one was at the rear. This dealer cheated me and I wanted to make sure, you guys do not experience the same bitterness as it happened to me. If you are buying a used car, look else where. We are honest customers, and don't expect honesty from a cheap dishonest dealer. More

Then I went to trade the FX35 in for an FX50S – they were supposed to pay off my previous lease which took them FOUR MONTHS and me hounding them also messing up my credit. I recently tried to buy a new car at another dealership and when they ran the Carfax on the FX50S there were MULTIPLE errors. The main of which being an odometer discrepancy which red flagged it as a rollback warning. Also there were three occasions where it said my car was offered for sale and was definitely not. I drove directly to Glendale Infiniti wanting them to fix the Carfax. Spoke with their finance guy saying he'll check into it. Days pass not hearing anything so I call them and apparently the guy I JUST spoke to 'no longer works there'?! Sketchy. Talking to the new finance guy he snottily reassures me he's working on it. I gave up relying on them and contacted Carfax myself (which was an incredible pain in the xxx. They don't have a phone number and you just have to wait around for someone to respond via email.) Needless to say avoid this place at all costs! Seeing a lot of the other reviews as well as my own experiences I have no idea how a place like this says in business. More
Very Dishonest and Lying! No moral and no dignity! Hi Friends, I want to share my terrifying experience at Glendale Infiniti dealer today. Few weeks ago, I was looking for a minivan on auto dealer and Hi Friends, I want to share my terrifying experience at Glendale Infiniti dealer today. Few weeks ago, I was looking for a minivan on auto dealer and car guru website and saw their minivan priced $23,495 on internet. Like any customer I called and asked if they can give a better price. A sales guy introduced himself as Luis Ortiz asked me, what was my budget. I said I had $20,000. He said NO. Then I said, I can offer $21000. He then asked me to pay $21599 and a total of $23878. The difference ($2279), he said it was tax. I thought tax is a state fund, which we all contribute and I said ok, I ll bring a check. Then he jacked the price to $22599 (excluding tax), if I pay cash. I had enough and I said m not buying. After a while, he said, he convinced his manager and I can take it for $23878 and that he wants cashers check. I went to the bank and made a cashers check of $23878 and reached Sacramento bus stop at 7:00AM. I traveled eight hours to LA and hitched a cab from downtown LA and made to their office at 3:45PM. The guy named Luis came and showed me the minivan and I took a test drive. He asked me, if I liked it. I gave my honest answer, yes I liked it. Then we went inside and came back and said he wants $1000 more or he will not sell the car. I was absolutely shocked and in utter disbelief. I never thought that will happen, not even in my wildest dream. I didn't have additional $1000 and when he saw that I couldn't pay that much, he reduced to $500. He told me to sit and think and treated just like any prosecutor treats criminal to confess the crime. I didn't know what to do. I was 400 miles away from home in a strange city and didn't prepare for anything like this scenario. He then came back with his manager and said, are you ready to pay? I said I have no cash left. Then he told me to finance with them or use my credit card. I told him, I can't afford that additional money. He then threw back my $23878 casher check that he told me to bring and opened the door, showing me the way out. My cell phone battery was dying, it was almost dark and I felt the cold air gushing in. I have no where to go and was completely screwed. The only way out for me was to accept his brunt, and make home safely. I paid that additional $500 with credit card and got the heck out of that place. Friends, never buy car from this place. For me, I may heal the additional financial charges, but the scars of humiliation, embarrassment and mental torture will remain for the rest of my life. More

Very bad treatment to clients, they take advantage of your capability to buy a credit especially when you have a bad credit, keep asking how much can u give them when they didn't even give the figures for the capability to buy a credit especially when you have a bad credit, keep asking how much can u give them when they didn't even give the figures for the car, checking your credit without asking your permission or signature, telling us to go back to them ASAP because we cant buy a car anywhere & when we didn't say anything the manager told us that he's like talking to the wall then when they said we're approved & the worst thing, they said we're only approved for a certain color. I WON'T RECOMMEND GLENDALE INFINITI TO ANYBODY!! More

They ended up keeping up their end of the deal and Brandon and Abe were great. They made sure that I was happy until I left the lot. I have been buying cars from Barry prior to the turn of the century. Whenever it's time for one of my family members to shop for a new car they ask me to help them do the research for pricing. Typically, the century. Whenever it's time for one of my family members to shop for a new car they ask me to help them do the research for pricing. Typically, what ends up happening is that we (family) huddle-up with the various price-quotes that we have obtained and, invariably, Glendale Nissan beats out all the other dealerships. In addition to Glendale's pricing, they carry a great selection in their inventory. And, if they don't have what you want, a search will be conducted to locate the car of your choice. Barry Wishengrad will then provide you with the price as if the car was coming off his own lot. He will also send a transport carrier or personal driver over to pick-up the car. Glendale's staff will give it a complete inspection and cleaning and then deliver it to your door. I always bring my cars to Glendale for servicing. They're Service Department is experienced and staffed with friendly personnel. Also, I am typically offered a loaner car to use while mine is being repaired/serviced. Of course, my car will always be returned to me in a "Just-Washed" condition. I have to give Top Scores in all the categories above. I have never left their facility having been treated unsatisfactorily. More
Took my car in for a minor service and to complete a warranty interior replacement that was messed up and not completed on the previous 3 trips to their service department. I had to call almost ever warranty interior replacement that was messed up and not completed on the previous 3 trips to their service department. I had to call almost every day to get updates on when my car would be ready. Every time I was given a line about how the part was ordered and would be there the next day. The next day, I would be told that it wasn't my part, and mine was being sent ground from the east coast. Then I would get a line that they found another one and it was being sent overnight. This experience continued with rotating excuses for three and a half weeks! I finally got a call that my car was going to be ready the next day, then an email the next morning that my car was ready. I went in, paid, and was told by three people that they were pulling it up. I waited for my car for 35 minutes, and when I asked what was going on, they said it was being detailed and wouldn't be done for another hour. I couldn't wait, so I insisted they return the loaner to me and I left. I can't return for another two days, so we shall see if they actually completed the work, and if my car is still in the same condition I left it in. More to come... More
